Booked the hummer limo, needed to wait 30 minutes at the airport. And the stereo didnt work in the car.
And also they waited for the last minute to give address details for other activities.
Also the maid we orderd didn't even showed up, so after 1h i called Fun Amsterdam and they couldnt give any straight answer by the phone. So we needed to go to their office next day. Since they never called back.
Never again, choose another company

Regarding the location for the Naked Sushi Dinner, we had a small delay as our current restaurant was under renovations and we had to find a replacement quick. We apologise for this matter if it caused you any inconvenience.
Looking at your booking, I see that we have informed you that we will move the Hummer Limousine 30 minutes forward, as there wouldn't have been enough time for you to pass through the security and all check out points.
We always compensate clients if we fail to deliver any of the booked services.

Not Reliable
Booked a tour of the Anne Frank House and Jewish Quarter in Amsterdam over 6 months in advance. Paid in full months before. They cancelled the tour the night before by email with no explanation. Do not book with this company if you want to actually go on a tour.

We are truly sorry for this mistake. It is indeed our fault, as the tickets were not bought on time so we couldn't operate the tour anymore.
We did try to compensate our mistake and have offered you and your entire group a free walking tour of 4 hours (same walking tour as booked), including tickets for the the Jewish Cultural Quarter, instead of Anne Frank House, and also refunded you the amount paid in full. Unfortunately, you didn't want to accept this or anything else offered.
We care about our clients and even if we make mistakes, we try and compensate the group in order to keep them happy.

“Boat no show - paid €90 per person ”
We booked for 3 people for today (Kings Day). We arrived before designated time and were advised to go to the bathroom at a pub down the road as the toilet in the office was broken and there would be no toilet on our 3 hour boat ride.
We went to the pub and the pub manager advised that we were not able to use the bathroom unless we purchased drinks. Not the best start.
When we got back from the pub, still before the designated time, we were told that our group had already left for the boat. A couple of other groups were in the same situation. Finally, we were taken down to the canal where the boat was supposed to meet us. There were dozens of others also waiting and the boat hadn't arrived. 45 minutes later the boat still hadn't arrived.
"Fun Amsterdam" didn't provide any group updates while we we waited.
We ended up requesting a refund. It wasn't possible to get the money back in cash due to the number of people asking for refunds. The staff just gave us an email address to contact so we are hoping we weren't scammed.
We definitely don't recommend this company. It sounded like at least three boats were due at the designated time and none of them showed up.

I am really sorry you have encountered difficulties with our service.
We state our inclusions on the website and in the E-Mail if you are enquiring about a quote. We never advertised a toilet during this tour. Anyhow, the captain is scheduled to make several stops on the way for the customers to use toilets if needed.
Please check the inclusions of a service before you wish to book it.
Also, please check the terms and conditions of a company regarding the refund policy before booking any service. Our company states the following:
11.5 Kennedy’s and its representatives never issue cash refunds. All refunds must be done via bank transfer or as a refund on the original payment made by card.
It is true indeed that our Shared Boat on King's Day encountered problems and in the end broke down. We could not find another replacement on time and, unfortunately, there was nothing in our power to do to fix it on spot.
We have issued full refunds for all groups that were schedule to leave on that boat, back to their credit cards, including your purchase.

Bubbly boat
Went on th bubbly boat for a hen do and it was brilliant. The staff were fun, lots of alcohol and the silent disco on board was unexpected!
Defo would recommend this trip to anyone going to Amsterdam.

Recommend Fun Amsterdam Beer Bike.
Went for my daughters 21 st, booked through Cristina who was very helpful and professional. The beer bike was amazing worth every penny, we had Pavel who couldn't do enough for us, lovely guy very friendly. Will be going back again. Don't miss out.

Beer bike fantastic!
We were a group of 10 boys who went on the beer bike and not one thing to complain about! We had a great guide (PC) who made it great and we all throughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to any group!

Relaxed boat trip
