Totally fraud , scammer broker , cheating only with customer , not giving payout ,should be blacklisted or banned from international level , specially I recommend friends even ten guys not receive a single experienced person payout , be aware , not recommended.

This only make trader losses and not trader friendly and this firm priority is to breech your firm and how to breech your account this is not for trader your favorites youtuber says to buy this but they never pass account like what rules you follow they only try to pass in 1,2 trade and they breech too many account but they switched e-mail ID and it give you offer's but dont go in loop take another firm if firm is expensive it's okay but dont go on cheaper like 5ers FTMO and what you think FUNDED next

It's totally froud funded firm , not given a payout even any single person , wrongly catching people from advertisement , be aware from them again advise you beawre just you loose your hard earn money. Had 2 very basic query and had contacted FundedFirm Customer care via their Chat Agent who asked me to share my issue and screenshots of the problem post which I was told the details have been taken and forwarded to their concerned team and they will revert on priority.

Its been a weeks time. No revert received till date. Each time I ask for an update I AM ASKED TO SEND QUERY AND SCREENSHOTS AGAIN. Yesterday I was told by End of Day I will receive a confirmed update.
That was yesterday.

Today no response on Chat. I emailed them and once again they are asking me to share details.

So clearly no complaint was registered earlier from them. When I took this up with the Email support team they have stopped replying back.

YOU CAN NOW IMAGINE IF THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER REPLYING TO SIMPLE QUERIES WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN A PAYOUT WILL BE REQUESTED.

My experience with this firm has been very disappointing. I traded with discipline for five days without violating any of their rules. I followed their risk management strictly and did not break any policy. However, one trade closed with a stop loss of $54. My 1% daily loss limit was $52.98, and the extra $1 loss happened due to broker spread and execution — not because of any intentional rule violation on my part.

I understand that firms have rules, and I respect that. However, even if they considered this a rule breach, they should have responded and updated me within 24–48 hours, as promised in their customer policy. Instead, they took four days to respond and then breached my account based on this issue.

When I contacted them for clarification or compensation, my emails were completely ignored. They are no longer responding to any of my messages. Even live chat only transfers me to other support without providing any reply or resolution.

While they strictly enforce their rules, they fail to follow the service commitments they promise to customers. Due to poor communication, delayed responses, and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this firm.

Very bad propfirm when its time for payout they reject the payout by giving shitty reasons i advice everyone not to use this propfirm if you want to make good use of your money

I had worst experience with funded firm.
I have purchased instant account and also have 2 step account, on both of their accounts spread is showing different and on instant account it is 6 pips more that 2 step account. After raising issue they are told me that they forwarded my issue to maintains team.
Suppose if someone never observed that so they will be part of their scam and their support team told that spreads are dependent on market conditions and I have the screenshots of both accounts at the same time.
And above that HIGH spread they are changing commission and swap also, soo tell me the instant account is scam or what.
I choose instant account because they have met my conditions for trading on my 2 step account but they said we can't show on rules or FAQs that they are changing HIGH SPREAD, COMMISSION and also SWAP.

Don't be fooled by some youtuber this firm is not for any trader they're suspending everyone support team is also very bad kindly avoid it

account is full glitch charts are not moving, not able to close the trades due to this i lost 300$ and the support team is not responding since 15 days they are the real scammers of prop industry

Buy a challenge account, payment done , and continue 5 days not responding.

I completed my challenge and met all the required objectives, including profit target and minimum trading days. However, my account was suddenly disabled due to a “5× lot size rule”, even though I was trading normally before and no clear warning was given.This feels very unfair and disappointing. Traders should be extremely careful because even after completing the challenge, your account can be disabled instantly due to strict hidden risk rules.
I would not recommend this firm to new traders. Transparency and trader support are very poor.
( i completed my challenge in just 17 trades and I used small lot size and i completed but later its showing 5x lot size account disabled its unfair don't use this prop.....

I purchased a Step 2 challenge account from FundedFirm on [25 December 2025]. Account ID/Order: [30105790].
On the very first day, I had a loss of approximately $170, which caused the account to breach (probably daily drawdown limit). I fully understand rules are strict, but the issue is:

I sent multiple emails to support EMAIL explaining the situation and asking for clarification/help/refund/retry.
No reply at all, even after many days. Live chat also not responding properly.

Additionally, I saw the Christmas offer with XMAS25 code (25% off + mystery box/extra benefits on next purchase), but when trying to buy another account, the payment option doesn't appear and the code/offer isn't working.
This is very frustrating for a new trader. I attached proofs (payment receipt, breach screenshot, loss trades). Please review my case urgently and provide a response or resolution. If no help, this feels like poor customer service.
I hope FundedFirm improves support speed and communication. Not recommended until fixed.

Overall firm is good, but lot size rule in 2.O is confusing.

Sala trader paradise chutiye ki wajah se account buy kiya tha, account pass kiya toh bol rha hai account breach mc firm hai

Only one issue in lot size. The greatness is costomer support. When I loose my 1st ac email was different in that email a new rule mentioned. I know the reason I breached daily drawdown.

i pass my challenge account and it get verified within 48 hours , support team is also good timely reply , now only one thing i have to check that they give my payout or reject , also i check i trade in within rules , if i get my payout without any issue then this is good .

I just purchase account of 50k USD, and I have a two step challenge in funded firm, now I am trading and trying to pass the challenge, let's see what happen after passing the challenge, I will share my honest review here, whatever will happen with this 50k account. I bought this challenge with 289$. At 10 December 2025. I saw the video of one trader and youtuber "traders Paradise live". Then I purchased the account. Just wait for my next review

I don't think this company would give almost anyone out because they do such things that when my lot size started from 0.01, then sometimes my lot size is even 5x, after that I take 0.1 whenever I That day you people had nothing to do with me, there was nothing like that in my account which was also bridged, but you people have cheated me, I did not accept that I had an issue once, but this time I did not have any issue.

They refused to address the rule discrepancy and marked the ticket as resolved without resolution
