Account blocked before 2-3 days of payout

took a trade yesterday morning (Indian time) at 4:50 in which I lost 56$, after that I got a message that the daily drawdown was hit, I checked the website and my DD was updated but thinking it might have happened due to some technical glitch, I messaged the funded firm. They solved my problem and my account got enabled but as soon as I opened a gold position again, all the positions got automatically closed. And since then I am not able to open any position, my account has been blocked, I also sent a message regarding this to the funded firm but till now I have not received any response. And I was supposed to get my first payout on 22nd February for which I had worked very hard but I did not expect something like this to happen just 2-3 days before the payout.

I want the funded firm to correct my account.

I bought this account on the suggestion of Traders Paradise because I trust them.

This would have been my first payout, but something like this is happening even before that. I bought many accounts but finally passed this account and reached payout. But this happened to my account even before the payout, please help me.

Broker chart lag caused excess loss, support ignored evidence, payout rejected and account disabled

This review is based on facts, timestamps, and documented proof.

On 14th January, I took a single trade on my funded account.
My stop loss was clearly placed and calculated for a loss of approximately $1,600–$1,700.

During the trade, the broker charts on their platform were heavily lagging. Due to this lag, my stop loss did not trigger at the intended level, resulting in a loss of approximately $2,500 instead.

This was not a risk management failure on my part — it was a platform execution issue.

I immediately contacted support and submitted all evidence, including:
• Stop loss level
• Trade details
• Proof of chart lag
• Screenshots and explanations

Support repeatedly responded with the same message:

“Your query has been transferred to a dedicated team. We will update you once we have information.”

No update ever came.

I followed up multiple times via email and WhatsApp support. Each time, I received the same response, and no resolution.

After this unresolved issue, I requested my payout. At that point:
• My payout was rejected
• My account was disabled
• The trade from 14th January is no longer visible on my dashboard
• Despite this, the account was still marked as breached using that same trade

This is extremely concerning.
A trade that does not even appear on the dashboard anymore was still used to justify breaching my account and rejecting my payout.

I have acted professionally throughout, provided clear proof, and asked only for a fair review of a platform-side issue. Instead, I was ignored until my payout request, and then penalized.

I am posting this review to document my experience transparently and to warn other traders that platform stability and post-trade accountability are serious concerns here.

I am open to resolving this matter fairly.
I will update this review if the company properly reviews the evidence and addresses the platform error.

What is especially disappointing is that this firm actively promotes itself through large YouTubers and influencer marketing, creating an image of reliability. However, when it came time to review a payout-related issue and provide resolution, communication stopped and the payout was simply rejected.

This proprietary trading firm has…

This proprietary trading firm has proven to be the most unsatisfactory I have encountered. I was allocated a $100,000 trading account and, on the initial day, successfully reached my profit target by executing a single lot trade. To fulfill the minimum trading day requirement, I initiated a 0.01 lot trade on the subsequent day, and replicated this action on the third day.

The proprietary trading firm subsequently closed my account due to a breach of terms.

I have a question for this firm: Are you able to ascertain the trade date?

Very bad experience

"I have completed all the payout requirements (5/5 profitable days and profit target) for my account (MT5 ID: 30128602). Despite this, the dashboard says 'No Eligible Accounts'. I have been contacting their WhatsApp support for over 48 hours, but they only keep saying 'Kindly wait' without any solution. It looks like they are intentionally delaying the payout."

Fraud Prop Firm 3rd class support

I have 2 FundedFirm 1.0 challenge accounts. One is $15000 1-step and the other one is $50000 FundedFirm 2-step accounts where were purchased on November 19 2024 & June 14th 2025 respectively.
Now on 13th Jan 2026 i had taken a buy side trade on NDX100 on my $15000 with Account No. 1026612,where my SL got skipped & I made a loss 4x loss althouh still within the daily loss limits & I had expericed the worst spread in XAGUSD where my SL was hit even after the position was still in proi. (I've video proof of this.)I have been talking to te customer support but everytime I get this shit excuses that they will check the issue and contact me later and it's been over 2 weeks and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
Now today on 02-02-2026 my $50000 challenge account NO 30013696 got breached with a fundedfirm 2.0 rule however since I had purchased account much before the launch of FF2.0 why my account has been disabled because of the lot size inconsistancy rule which isnt applicable to my Funded firm 1.0 account.
My lot size has always varied as per market criteria and my past trade history also shows that and then the accounts weren't banned but so why now?

I suggest everyone to stop using this shit firm and there are better options like FTMO,Fundednext,The5ers where there are there are no such hidden rules and good for positional type of traders. They are all 10 times better than this company.

They have this rule of lot size…

Account ID- MT5 30116913
MlThey have this rule of lot size shouldn't exceed 5x of your smallest lot size. On the first day of trading, I placed a single 0.01 lot trade to just check whether my account's working, which was exited almost immediately. At that moment, my intention was only to verify execution and platform conditions. I did not understand that this initial trade would redefine the base lot size for the entire evaluation.

From that point onward, I traded with strong discipline and consistency. Over 98% of my trades were executed at 0.08 lot, with a maximum of 0.10 and a minimum of 0.04. There was no aggressive scaling, no martingale behavior, and no deviation in risk management. Every position was taken with caution and respect for capital preservation.

I dedicated significant time, focus, sleepless nights, discipline and emotional energy to this evaluation.

If I breached the rule, they should have breached my account on 2nd trade where I took 0.08 lots. But they waited for me to pass my challenge.

Don't ever buy this prop firm, I beg you. There are several options. Properly research and go for one. Don't be dumb like me who trusted FUNDEDFIRM.

I passed a $100k FundedFirm account in…

I passed a $100k FundedFirm account in just 7 days and even received a confirmation email. However, one day later my account was disabled, claiming a daily loss limit breach.
My starting equity was $101,300. That day I made $5,500 profit and later lost around $2,187 across 4 separate trades. These were separate trades, yet they claimed the loss reached 40% of the daily loss limit, which is impossible because my daily loss limit was over $10,000.
Later they changed their explanation, saying the loss limit is calculated on daily starting equity, and that the profit made that day was not added to equity, even though the dashboard showed incorrect loss limits.
This is extremely misleading. They took my $525 USDT and failed my account without clear or proper evidence. I do not recommend buying their challenge.

Dear FundedFirm Support Team,

Dear FundedFirm Support Team,

I am writing to request a final and clear resolution regarding my account (MT5 ID: 30123351).

As previously explained, my Phase 1 challenge was confirmed as PASSED, and I received official communication stating the same. However, the account was later marked as breached due to a disputed application of internal rules, which I have already clarified in detail in my earlier emails.

At this stage, I am not seeking prolonged discussion. I respectfully request that this matter be resolved in one of the following two ways:

1) Either my account be progressed by providing access to the Step 2 account,
OR
2) A full refund be issued, since the challenge was initially confirmed as passed and later reversed.

I believe this is a reasonable request considering the contradictory communications and the confusion caused after the pass confirmation.

Please let me know your final decision at the earliest so this matter can be closed professionally and amicably.

Kind regards,
Prosenjit Sarkar

Challenge passed email received then account breach due to 5 days before trade

Challenge passed email received, then account breached – very confusing experience

On the same day this breach was applied, I had already made a profit of around $5,500.
Later that day, I took 4 separate trades and incurred a total loss of about $2,000.

All trades were:

Closed one by one

Not overlapping

Executed separately

Despite this, the firm grouped all 4 closed trades as a single trade simply because they were executed within a short time window, and applied the daily loss rule on the combined loss, even though the day was still net profitable.

What made this situation even more confusing is that I received a “Challenge Passed” email, and after that, the account was marked as breached and permanently disabled. Receiving a pass confirmation and then losing the account creates serious doubt and frustration for any trader.

There were also multiple other issues, including:

Unclear explanation of the 3-minute grouping rule

Closed trades being retrospectively combined

Lack of transparency regarding exact equity and breach calculations

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm to other traders. Traders should be extremely careful, as accounts can be disabled even on a profitable day due to strict and unclear internal rule interpretation.

This review reflects my genuine experience as a customer.

My payout was rejected saying that my…

My payout was rejected saying that my daily drawdown was breached in my MT ID - 30120548.

Your justification is totally invalid.

I had saved my daily drawdown on 21st Jan and there was still 0.64 left for my daily drawdown to hit.

Check the screenshot dashboard attached from 21 Jan I have shared on email

You can clearly see there was no breach and I was able to continue trading on next day as well i.e. 22 Jan

I need the payout immediately, I am not going to accept these false accusations of account breach.

I have been closely monitoring.

I will have no other option but to take legal action if my payout has not been processed.

So kindly process the payout immediately.
