I was having an issue receiving the OTP to verify my phone number during registration, so I reached out to customer support. Tee jumped in right away and resolved the problem in just a few minutes! My registration and verification were completed smoothly, and I was able to log straight into my dashboard.

Great support! So fast and Tee was so helpful. I made a ticket and 5 minutes later it was resolved..? This is unheard of amazing support. I just came back from Lucid not reinstating my accounts after 5 days when tradovate suffered an outtage so this made my day. Again, SHOUTOUT TEE FOR HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made my day!

Reset Billing Issue
I had a billing issue with a account reset. My transaction was paused for some reason. I contacted customer service and spoke to TIMOTHY. He corrected the issue very quickly.
