Andover Branch: Our darling Mother died in
January 2026. The Controllers, Keerie and Lee arrived to the nursing home with grace
and dignity, as the occasion required. My sister and I were put at
ease, and as they left, we knew that our Mother would be well taken
care of at the Andover Funeral Home.
When it came to making the
funeral arrangements, we delt with Tess, who was temporarily
seconded to the Andover branch. Tess was extraordinarily generous
with her compassion, kindness and professional knowledge. She
ensured that our requirements, according to our Mother's wishes
were catered for all along the way and Tess spent a lot of time and
energy ensuring that all went according to plan for us. Tess was
professional, conscientious and proficient as she worked towards
making our Mother's funeral a most precious and bespoke event.
She even made a suggestion for a suitable Celebrant for our
requirements: Kevin Paterson. Kevin supported us all so skillfuly and
showed real empathy. Kevin was thoughtful, dignified and
accommodating.
Jackie, who also assisted us at the Andover branch,
was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and professional. She ensured
that our Order Of Service was created to our specifications.
At the
funeral, Keerie could not have been a better representative. From the moment she
walked respectfully in front of the hearse to the end of the service
Keerie was cognisant of the spirit and tone of the occasion and
supported us with great consideration - even wearing a purple tie!
We are delighted with the
service we received from the Andover branch. To Tess, Jackie,
Keerie, Kevin and Lee - thank you, lovely people.

Such lovely staff go above and beyond. So please I have got my own funeral plan with them.

The Funeral Consultant at Emsworth, Debbie, was amazing. So kind, thoughtful, sensitive, and with perfect attention to all the details that my brother and I hadn't thought of, but needed to, in a safe, caring environment. And the team on the day were outstanding - making it such a beautiful, respectful service for our wonderful mum. All communications were easy, compassionate and personal and so much more than I would have expected.
I'd like to mention Revd. Jim Thomas too, the minister, who was so respectful and professional but also kind and warm, and just who our mum would have chosen.

Made an appointment quick and easy to discuss funeral plans for my grandma.
This was quite a daunting thing for her but was put at ease by the staff. Managed to sort her a funeral plan for what she wanted, without any pressures. The whole process was not rushed either.
Both my Nan and myself are very happy with the outcome and can rest easy that there is something in place for the if and when.

During the sad lost of my husband Ian the staff at Southern Co-operative Funerals especially Tammy from the Fareham branch has help me by listening to my wishes for Ian and helping get though the paper work and giving me a hug!! when l most needed it, so lovely. Thank you all so much for your kindness.
