good experience. helpful staff. Restaurant should have food supplies to cater to the unplanned orders. I ordered fries and they said that Since I didnt order them in advance, they cant provide fries to the kids.

This is one of the best adventure things I tried in my life ... Beautiful environment and awesome challenges . Felt like a perfect jungle boy 😍

One of the biggest climbing parks we‘ve ever been to. So much fun. Even more for kids over / from 1,50 m. There where a lot of younger kids and they seemed to have fun as well. Recommendation without any limitations.

Good attention. Good condition of the material, in my case I rented a paddle surf, and I really had a good time. I will definitly do it again, some sunny day.

The place is beautiful, the pre-booking was perfect and the customer service over the phone was very helpful.

The day that we arrived for the party, we had booked a group for 8 kids. For some reason, the party was prepared for 5 kids only, but very quickly the team was able to arrange all the equipment for the rest of the kids. Then came the explanation on how to work with the equipment; the instructor, a young lady, gave a rather poor and didactic training (for kids of 6/7 years old) which lead to many problems during the course on how to work with the equipment.

Furthermore, on the day of the party, the place was so crowded, that the instructors were doing their very best to help, but of course for us with a group of 8 boys (age 6/7), who had received not enough quality instructions, became a stressful experience.

My advice would be, please when scheduling a party for little kids (especially a large one like us with 8 boys) make sure that you have enough personal. Further, with such young age (6/7), you need an experienced trainer to explain how to work with the equipment.

Aside from the above, I highly recommend the place and I think it is beautifully set up, and the instructors are very helpful and super patient!
The party was not as successful as we would have expected, but in the end, even with all the hick-ups the kids had a lovely time and enjoyed a beautiful day at Fun Forrest.

We went on a Sunday, it was such a lovely day out. The park is beautiful and super well maintained. You have 7 different trails and difficulties, super fun! Some are "easy" some are quite challenging so there is fun for everyone for 3 hours straight.

The staff is nice and gave easy explanations, the gear is clean and well maintained.

We were lucky and had super nice weather aswell!

Would definetly come back!

It was great, even with small kid it was possible to do 2 tracks few times in 2 hours. There was enough help for non Dutch speaking people. Place is nice and safe. Kids are more than happy

One small tip, make sure that all options from online reservations are taken into account (eg. if diploma will be ready after successful pass)

I spent a morning with my team on a team building at Fun Forest Amsterdam and we had an amazing time! The adventure is for everyone and the staff is really nice. I fully recommend it!

It was the first time for me to have such an exciting and safe field athletics! I would like to visit Fun Forest again.

It was all wonderful except for one important thing. I under that you don’t stay have an instructor stay with every group but I think any instructor should stay with groups of small kids. Our party consisted only of 7year olds and it was too challenging for them. Parents tried to help but I think the group should not be left alone. That’s the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars

My son wanted to climb at Fun Forest ever since we landed in Amsterdam about 6 months ago. So we took him there with 5 of his friends for his 10th birthday party. We simply had a great afternoon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They came quickly to the rescue when another kid was not able to get to the end of a zip line. Track 8 with all the zip lines across the water as a fantastic experience. As an also climbing parent, I felt that the kids were safe throughout.Highly recommended!

Left waiting at the start for very long time. Nobody was coming to help a crying child multiple times and kept waiting for 30 mins. The wire system is very fiddly for small children to handle. I have seen much better elsewhere. The kids still have fun.

Cons: most routes are for children, not much interesting for adult. When I was there, one of two "extreme" routes was closed (was a bird nest on the tree). Route difficulty is really low, even small kids can pass these extreme routes. Comparing to other similar parks, zip lines are really short. Most obstacles are possible to pass with the same tactic.

Pros: fresh air activity for 1-3 hours in a nice park, friendly customer service. Good place for parents to keep kids busy for a couple of hours.

We organized our child's birthday party at Fun Forest in May 2021. All the 15 kids were 8-9 year olds, except 1 who was 6 yrs of age.
What we liked about Fun Forest:

1. Excellent location and idea for a birthday party. Parking etc was also very comfortable for parents to drop off.
2. The team who did the bookings for us. Very flexible and answered all our questions.
3. Good cafetaria

What we did not like:

1. The volunteers - the first volunteer did not explain the children clearly how to use the equipment. We had very small children and it was not easy for them.
2. While the kids were climbing, there was no dedicated volunteer to help the kids for the party, we had to wait a lot and callout for the volunteers for help. It took a lot of time.
3. The levels - kids aged 8-9 yrs were supposed to be able to do 3-6 levels, but apparently that was too much. We started with level 1, and many kids could finish only till level 3 in the given time. These initial levels were challenging enough for this age group.
