drift kart
Bought a drift kart for my son for Christmas which recently stopped working.They were quick to evaluate the problem and the new part was sent out in the post and all is good again.

Top notch customer service
Purchased a ride on for my son, excellent product quality and delivery time. After a few weeks there was a small issue with it. FunStuff were extremely fast and helpful to find a resolution, and sent a replacement part. The ride on is now working perfectly. Would not hesitate to deal with them again. Thank you.

Drifter Raptor Jeep
I purchased the Raptor Jeep for my 3 year old grandson and it was a hit. He absolutely loves it. As well as his parents!! The professional and prompt service I received from Funstuff was above and beyond. I would certainly recommend this company and their merchandise it’s great quality and worth the money. If you have been considering purchasing an electric vehicle for your little one I cannot recommend the Drifter Raptor Jeep enough. It has headlights, a working radio with songs for kids, a seatbelt and room for 2 little ones. We have actually had people stop and admire it and laugh at the little guy bopping along to the music while driving along. You’ll be doing yourself and kids a huge favour plenty of good fun. Happy purchasing!!!!

Funstuff messed up
Ordered my child a go kart for Xmas wrote to them and rang before go kart was delivered to make sure it wasn't delivered on the weekend. It arrived on a Saturday. I had to hide my kids. Got delivery driver to put in my shed. Few day's later I went to put it together for my little one and only half the go kart arrived. This was Xmas eve. Ruined Xmas. They were closed till the 5th of January. So when I got onto them I wasn't happy. They sent out the other half of go kart and 50€ voucher. When second box arrived it was the same as the first box. Little one in tears again. Days later I did get the right box. Which 2 of the tyre's were punctured. So again tears. Really really bad experience so far with fun stuff. On the phone to them they were lovely people and very helpful. They took back the 50 € voucher and gave me a free trialior for go kart which was nice of them. But they did ruin mine and my little one's Xmas. My little one is ten. Lovely people they just messed up.

Got an electric go kart at Christmas time and had some charging issues. The customer service was top class and from the very first communication assured me that they would resolve the issue, which they did. Very pleased to have dealt with them.

Funstuff is a great company to deal with
The jeep looks great and is a sturdy machine. My grandson will love it. I got great support from funstuff assembling it and sorting a few teething problems. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Prompt, efficient & friendly service
Purchased a battery operated tractor & had a small issue with back motor. Contacted funstuff & they were very prompt in helping me with my issue. They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for the part to be posted direct to me.
