Quick shipping, delivered ordered product, but too little info about order/status

AVOID!! Got a screen protector here that provided zero protection. My phone was cracked less than a week later and when I went to complain, he insisted on charging me for a new one. He was very aggressive and rude. Horrible experience overall.

The service was pretty good (as expected) but the product (UGREEN) was faulty... not your fault! All I'm witing for is a refund (has not arrived, yet).

ordered two cases for my s23 one good one comes out the other one must of been a factory reject the case I will be sent bk how you did not catch this I do not know

Really dissapointed. Got a screen protector put on to my phone and it only lasted two weeks before coming off. Went back to the store in clarehall and was told; oh well that can happen...but we won't replace it.
Extremely bad customer service, I won't be back.

I bought a cable for car charger, when I tried it out it wouldn't fit into car charging connector, it was too lose I literally had it out of the box not 2 minutes and carefully put it back in packaging..I went to return it next day with my receipt the staff member took cable out of box and started to exam it and said it was damaged so he can't give me refund..I was shocked there's no way I damaged that cable, made me feel like I was chancing my arm trying to get money back, he kept pointing to a little scuff mark on the cable wire and saying I did that and the damage is not covered under warranty...I was standing my ground because there's no way I did anything...he eventually gave in and gave me a refund but my God I felt like an absolute criminal by the time I left the shop and other customers standing around aswel...beware if ever trying to return something here!

I have emailed twice to ask how to get a replacement for a phone cover that does not fit.The store cannot help me either. Never got answers to my e-mails. Awful customer service.
