Thank you for your taking the time to leave a review, although I am of course saddened to see it is 1 star. Trustpilot is a third party site which automatically sends the review requests - not taking into account for the fact that we ship internationally, and so have different shipping durations for each country.
I can see from your tracking information that our order arrived in Australia on 15 May and is currently with Australia Post for processing. You can track via the Australia Post website too, should you wish. It is due to arrive with you early this week, with no delays. I hope this helps!

Hi Marie, I have checked your tracking and confirm that your order it is in normal transit to you with no delays. I have just resent the link to you for ease. It arrived in the US on 13 October and is currently being processed by USPS for onward delivery to you in the next few working days.
The issue is that Trustpilot does not account for the fact we ship internationally, with each country having different delivery durations. My apologies for the premature review request sent by them accordingly!

Excellent Service and Products
I ordered two large posters and two special coffee cups with a picture of me and my husband on them. My order was promptly processed with fast and efficient delivery. And the posters and cups are wonderful! The colors are bright and the images are clear and charming. As an extra bonus, the posters are made of a waterproof material, which allowed me to hang one of them outside on our terrace. I highly recommend Furbabyfriend as a reliable virtual store with excellent products and service!

The pussywillow collection is a must buy in my opinion to brighten up your day . I recently purchased the Willow notepad, diary & mug. The design suits my home perfectly & my wardrobe. I wake up to see a lovely mug of coffee while opening up my matching my books at the dining table. I love that the notepad has wide enough spacing to write all my notes for the day and the diary allows you to put in your own dates, so you can start the diary at any time you wish. The books are the perfect size to slot in my tote bag & I always get compliments of the design when I pull out my notepad in coffee shops. I recently purchased another 3 mugs so I have a nice set for when friends come over and I will be purchasing the book trilogy as a gift for my friend’s birthday next month. Highly recommend!

I was nervous about letting a stranger choose, crop, position, and essentially build the finished image without much of my input, but they nailed it!! The results are very good, very professionally done, and not at all like the cheap "on line" results you might expect.
