Quick service. This is a Christmas gift to my sister. I have it but it's still wrapped up from the shipping, I havent seen it. It was well wrapped if that counts... I don't think anything is broken? Thank you just the same, it's a wonderful Christmas gift. She and I both have cats.

The other had melted in transit so I had to throw it out! Waste of money!!

The Peeping Tom looksscratched and cheap, definitely not worth the amount paid. It was purchased as a gift but had to find something else!

My kitten likes her toy, but I was disappointed that my 5 month old kitten's playing continuously caused the unit to separate. I had to velcro the ends in order for her to play with it.

The quality was much better than I had anticipated it would be. The colour combination, design, and luxurious softness of the wrap was impressive. Customer service was swift and attentive when I had to deal with a minor issue. I highly recommend this product.

I bought a personalised welcome mat with a photo of my cat, Lola. The designers at Furbaby improved my original design, creating a unique and delightful entrance mat with Lola eagerly waiting for me.

I stumbled upon this company while scrolling through Instagram and decided to check out their products. They have an adorable selection of items for animals. Shipping to the US was reasonably priced and my order arrived quickly. Everything was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order from them again!

Furbaby plaques are absolutely superb in every way. The attention to detail in reproducing the photo on my personal choices is second to none.
I would love to give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do!

When my $32 snow globes arrived, they were cheap, plastic rubbish that you would expect from one of those $1.00 toy machines. Total rip off merchants.

I bought the "pet therapy" poster for a gift and it arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, all wrinkled and to add insult there were so many words mis-spelt and grammatical errors e.g. you,re, it was a joke. I sent the image back to the Furbaby Friend mentioning that their Facebook ad clearly states the print is delivered worldwide in a protective tube and is ready to be mounted and framed and to send me another properly spelt poster in a tube. I received another poster, once again wrapped in ineffective bubble wrap and squashed and creased. The poster's wording was starting to rub off due to poor packaging. It cost me $150 aud to have this professionally stretched at a framers to be able to have this framed. I see another review on Furbaby Prints where a buyer has complained that their poster was wrinkled after being sent in bubble wrap. I note this company has disabled Google reviews, hmm? The company asked me to send it back (at my own cost) to Ireland, yeah because I'm going to waste more money on a product that should have been in a post tube and then have no gift to give. Zero stars for this experience.

Disappointed - ordered Colourful Cats Canvas Oil Painting 70x140cm (27x55in) Lovely print BUT there is no boarder around the print so although it is a canvas print it CANNOT be stretched over a basic wooden frame. Ended up having it traditionally framed but due to the large size the frame could not accomodate all the cats and had to chop one out. Gutted - totally lost it's impact. ORDER #39743
