The first delivery just never turned up…

The first delivery just never turned up had to take a day off work for nothing . Then I got two different messages regarding the second delivery , two different dates , had no real idea which one was coming . Trusted a message with a time schedule and finally it arrived .

My delivery was attempted on two occasions but both time the item was damaged and had to be returned.

Was not there to receive the item…

Was not there to receive the item myself but my partner was if she did not ask them to put it in the hallway they would of left it outside on the drive she asked they put all good thank you.

The crew did call me to let me know…

The crew did call me to let me know when to expect them and the delivery was made to the room of my choice.
I was surprised when I was told that I was only receiving half of my order and when I queried this I was brushed off with an over shoulder "maybe tomorrow " as he practically ran back to the van. As it turns out the whole order was in the 1 box.
