Easy to arrange delivery, but the actual delivery not as good
The delivery was arranged quickly and efficiently, unfortunately the delivery it’s self wasn’t brilliant, due to a poorly poorly packed van the driver couldn’t find my box, and stood and jumped on other customers boxes which meant they were being damaged, trying to find find mine. Also the speed the van was being driven, its a road not a race track !

Awesome experience! Drivers arrived well within the delivery window and gave me a call 20 minutes before arrival as a heads up and the live tracking was also a nice bonus. Drivers were very friendly and quickly and efficiently delivered my goods and also helped me with a refusal of a duplicate item. Cannot fault their service, 5/5.

Bought as birthday gift, given original delivery date of 11 May which was fine. Delivery date changed several times. Received messages that you had tried to contact me - I have no missed messages. Emailed you, no reply. Called you several times and was always 100+ on your waiting list. On the occasion I waited when I eventually got through the message said ‘there’s no one here to answer your call’
Items finally arrived today, and one chair is broken.
