Less than a star since I never received the item! A bunch of thieves. Plus once I ordered, I stopped seeing their ads. Be warned!!!!

I to am out of 62.98 and went through all the postage issues. I have 27 emails and nothing . Do not buy anything from them!!!!! This is a scam!
This mess started June 14th - August 14.

I read the what I now know were FAKE reviews on Trus Pilot. This company is fake and they are a scam. They'll take your money and not send you anything then try and put it on the post office. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I ordered one projector and never got it.

Scammers. Purchased light projectors took ages to arrive...its not like the advert .its a stupid photo that sits on your celing.. small and indiscreet. and not even the ones i ordered. Horrible service.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE!

If I could give Furgenix less than a one star rating I would! Six weeks ago I sent them 62.98 for 2 light projectors, I originally ordered only one but at checkout they somehow saddled me with a second but by then it was too late to remove the item. Long story short, I have never received either one of the projectors. Tracking the original order it seems is impossible! Please do NOT give these people your $!

Ordered 6 weeks ago, no delivery, and now no responses from "customer service" after just 1 response. All the reviews on this page are spot on, stay away from them!

I, like others below me, ordered the projector in June, mainly because it was being offered by Shop. Fake tracking, fake delivery notice and no response from Customer Service. DO NOT purchase from this website.

Purchased via Shop from ad placed on Facebook Marketplace. Received fake tracking and delivery notification. Item not received. Unable to resolve issue with seller, furgenix shop. Suspect AI generated product and illegitimate company. Buyers should beware and avoid making purchases.

Ordered 6 Nex-Gen projectors to use as gifts. Followed the tracking order. Said it was delivered by USPS on July 11. No delivery was made. Tried to go to website but no response. As others have found, this company is a scam, if I had checked out reviews I would have never ordered. Now going through bank to have charges reversed.

Paid $46 for three projectors on 6/13/26. Received confirmation of purchase email on the 14th and then another with shipping confirmation on 6/23 with a Chinese tracking number that only went to customs (which Im sure now was fake tracking ). Never received any other tracking info from them once item (supposedly) arrived in US. I called company about tracking twice 7/3 and 7/6 they said they’d email it to me but they didn’t either time. On 7/18 I received tracking info and it said items were delivered 7/7. I only received usps tracking 11 days after supposed delivery. I asked the post office if it could’ve been delivered to the wrong address and they said they have had the same question from many people who shopped with this company and it’s bogus tracking. I called the company again 3 times and they were like too bad for you. DO NOT BUY FROM FURGENIX. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! And their customers service people are rude and are very aware that they are working for scammers.

Ordered Topacme HD projector nightlight. I followed the Tracking number all the way from China until it said delivered. It wasn't delivered. According to USPS the tracking number went to a different undisclosed address in my town. The company was non responsive and has blocked my calls to support. All for a $30 order. Very unprofessional.

Scam. Paid $42 and never received the product. They won’t respond to my request for a refund.

BIG SCAM ALART- they actually use a fake TrustPilot review score on their own website, they should be legally sued for that by TrustPilot. They are a fake profits company, I can’t believe I paid in USD for this. Do not fall for it, and absolutely stay away. They sent something so cheap that I had to just throw it away in the bin - yes it’s that bad!!! TrustPilot guys - you should look out for this website as they use your tag to sell!!!! Stay away!!

Same as the other reviews. Total rubbish product. Contacted customer service,didnt even get a reply.

Like every other review, product shipped was nowhere near what was advertised. Didn't even offer to ship the correct item that I ordered, just partial refund. Total fraud. Watch out for karma.

I received the item. It's a joke. Shows one blury image thats about one foot by one foot. Total piece of garbage.
When I tried to return it, I got the total runaround. I think they hope you will just give up. Worst case of false advertising and fraud I have ever seen

Bought 5 of the projecters for gifts. Spent almost 80.00. They have a white outline of a blurry deer. No under water scene like shown. Total rip off.

Received item today.tried it .image was blurred. Very cheaply made absolute.piece of crap..DO NOT BUY THE MINI PROJECTOR. I PAID 30 DOLLARS ..ITS NOT WORTH 30 CENTS ....BEEN SCAMMED .how do these crooks get away with selling this crap
