Ordered bookcase,did not arrive on time contacted seller 4times but no reply,now they have my money and I’ve no furniture.DO NOT BY FROM THIS SELLER

I order a Sofa from Furniche house. The quality of sofa is very good. They deliver it with in 3 days. So I am very satisfied with Furniche House Service.

Lovely and cheap furniture unique design fast delivery

Do not buy from this company. Paid a large amount of money for a new bed. No confirmation of order received. No item delivery. Phone lines disconnected. They don't answer emails or online contact forms or messenger. Trying to get a refund via PayPal.

We ordered a mattres in the webpage, the mattres came wrong (completeliy the opposite mattres that we ordered) They don't answer the phone neither the emails.
Don't buy anything from this company, it is FRAUD.

*Promised* delivery would be several days, after delivery company never showed up.

Put off my requests for refunds with constant, incorrect "We promise it will be with you by [blank]" messages, the delivery never materialising.

Are you gonna refund me yet? I need a sofa and I'm going elsewhere.

Great sideboard I brought from you guys would buy again. Delivery came on time and before I expected.

We ordered a table and chair set, this arrived on time, well packed and as described.

English is not the first language of the people I talked to, the online chat was particularly difficult. It is better to call and you then (in my experience) get to talk to some nice helpful people.

We are very happy with the quality of the goods and they also made a slight mistake with an offer that wasn't sent out the first time, but after a call it was sent out within 2 days.

Let's not also forget the delivery guys who were also really good.

I had a bad experience with Furniche House and would not recommend. I ordered 2 chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I was called on the Thursday evening to say the products would be delivered Sunday day time, we had friends coming down to help build it, got to midday and heard nothing and couldn't get through to the delivery company so we called Furniche House, the reason they weren't delivering was because they couldn't get hold of other people they were delivering to in the area so decided to just not come and to come the following day. No one communicated that to me, I had to take a day off work to be there for the Monday delivery. They then did come on Monday and the delivery men were not pleasant or helpful and left one item in the hallway and said they weren't told there were stairs so weren't taking it up unless I was willing to pay for it. My partner explained to Furniche House the reason we chose Sunday was because there were people to help and I am pregnant and could not do any lifting so they had to make sure as they let us down everything went upstairs, we were assured this would be the case. Unfortunately it wasn't and it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

I would recommend this company to anyone, good quality furniture at good price
