The bed frame is excellent quality, easy to put together, excellent craft work. Sadly there was a small issue with delivery, but I spoke to a brilliant young lady, Marlene, who dealt with the issue in the most polite and professional intelligent manner, it was like a breath of fresh air in a world choking on mediocrity, she understood my problem and resolved it in moments, a real pleasure

Quality purchase
We bought 2 beds, a single and a double. They were delivered on time and the instructions were easy to follow. The beds are good quality and great value for money. Marlene Taunde made a follow up call to ensure that we were happy with the beds and the service that we received.

Great shop especially for otterman beds I was helped by a lady called Marlene the delivery was super fast I got the bed the very next day I now have lots of space due to the storage you get with the otterman bed I followed the instructions on the video and on the instructions

Great bed frame for a small room
I am very pleased with my metal bed frame - it's sturdy and the assembly instructions and kit were easy to follow. Lots of room underneath for storage, as described. There was a small problem with one of the components but Marlene in Customer Services responded to my email very promptly and the replacement component arrived in a couple of days.

good price bed
bought a bed from Furnitureful mainly for the good price. bit wary about some negative reviews but it was delivered on time and was easy to assemble and has been in use for a few weeks and so far all good.

Excellent customer service
I ordered the wrong size mattress and needed to get it swapped. Marlene in customer services was brilliant. She arranged for it to be collected and sent out the right size too. Kept me informed the whole way through. Very professional - I’m not often compelled to write a review but felt this company really deserved its 5 stars!

Really pleased with the service
Really pleased with the service, the prices and the bed and mattress too.
Delivery was faster than indicated and the guys on the van were very helpful too. Assembly was easy.

I bought a bed from this company furnitureful that was the easy bit
1. Bed came with out the mattress waited for 4 day
2. I got someone to but the bed together as myself and my husband are elderly there was no nut and blot to but it together wait 4 day
3. Wrong information to but bed together it was for other bed
4. I ask for a refund because off all the problems I had there give me £18 over £300

1.Because we use third party couriers the bed and mattress might be dispatched from different warehouses and delivered with different companies, so they might not arrive at the same time, we try to ensure that every delivery is completed within 48h, however due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes this is not possible.
2.We apologize that you had a nut and bolt missing on your package, I can see that this was sent to you so the bed could be assembled.
3.As explained, we are currently on the process of updating the video assembling as this relates to an old batch we used to do, so we advise our customers to use the instructions manual which you have received and is correct.
4.Because your order was placed on Amazon it is treated via Amazon policies and the refund was also issued through amazon. The refund was issued as per amazon's partial refund policy which we must follow.
I can see that we have been in touch with you via email so resolve your inquiry. Hopefully this information was useful.
