I made an error in choosing size when…

I made an error in choosing size when ordering the mattress and got in touch with the company straight away. They amended my order and I received the mattress in 48 hours as promised. Very happy with the service provided def and quality of my mattress. Pretty decent to sleep on considering the price I paid

Excellent buy

Bought a small double ottoman bed plus mattress which were delivered exactly when stated. Both came perfectly packaged and again both in excellent condition. The instructions were very easy to follow and my husband assembled it easily
It is very comfortable and the lift up mattress affording storage below is very useful. Excellent value too
Would certainly buy from you again

A bunch of charlatans

Do not use this company. I brought a bed base from these bunch of charaltons.. It arrived; parts missing and of poor quality. I attempted to call them on numerous occasions and didn't get a call back. I reported the dispute to Klarna who tried too assist. I sent the bed base back and Parcel force has just arrived at my property to inform me that Furnitureful have rejected the bed base. This has been going on since 22nd of September. It looks like I be going to court.

Easy transaction

Easy transaction. Picked bed and mattress and both came 2 days later super fast. Bed was easy to assemble and is very comfortable and sturdy. Lift up bed and mattress for under £300 come on its a bargain.

Had a chat with customer service about a mistake (my mistake) and they were very helpful

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY... LOOTERS

I bought a single MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS HYBRID SPRUNG for £89.99, it was delivered on the 15/08/2022, once i opened the packaging (24/08/2022) I realised this is a horrible mattress if you can call it that, basically a few springs with some paper on the top and bottom! I then tried ringing the so called customer service number but no one ever picks up, I got fed up and left it! But today (29/09/2022), I've thought better and want this resolved, as I actually tried to sleep on this 'mattress' for the last couple of nights. I think sleeping on 9 inch nails would be better, hence I'm trying to get my money back. Again I have tried calling the number to no avail, I have then tried the chat on WhatsApp and no response since this morning, so now I am trying via this website, its order #7569 I want my money back please

I've had a response back from them, wait until after 60 days apparently then ask for a refund, how does that work, don't make sense.. This is the policy.... Basically don't ask for a refund, what a joke of a Company. PLEASE AVOID IT

Worst buying experience ever

Worst buying experience ever. Mattress aid delivery and I didn’t have it. Emailed, called, nothing. Two weeks later I find that someone from a completely different street had the mattress and was finally able to get it. Word mattress ever. But the fact that no one got back to me when I said I hadn’t received is dreadful.

Good product and customer service.

Ordered the "Lucid Double Metal Bed", It's way better than what other retailers had to offer, Sick of the terrible slats that come with beds, I wanted solid planks which this has.

Bed is sturdy, A screw came with the head blown which would be a fault in production, No big deal as no factory produces everything perfectly, Contacted them and was immediately sent a replacement.

I'd say their customer service is trust worthy, But even still I will always buy from Amazon so I have an almost sure way of getting a refund or replacement if anything went wrong.

Ordered a small double ottoman bed

Ordered a small double ottoman bed, delivery was prompt. We had some difficulty following the instructions to assemble and the book needs a few amendments. However, I contacted Furnitureful the next day and they were very helpful, talking me through it and sending pictures which helped me to complete the assembly. I even had a follow up call to see how things had been. Now it's up the bed is fine and the lift mechanism is really good.

Brought 2 mattresses for our daughters…

Brought 2 mattresses for our daughters and you can hear springs on both of them when you sit on them. I didn’t realise until close to the 60 days, tried to ring, left a message and never heard back. Not really value for money.

Do not use this Company

This is a company nobody should use. They have no customer service at all. The quality is shameful and they do not offer any return system even if the items are faulty. I have a bed that is not fit for purpose and they will not do anything.
