Disappointing Experience Overall
I really expected better from this shop. The product I received didn’t match the description, which was frustrating. Plus, communication was lacking when I reached out for help. The only positive was the item arrived on time, but overall it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Very happy with sofa
Very happy with sofa, was dubious buying online but it came exactly as it looked on website, the delivery guys were brilliant, had a tracking and a phone call to give a delivery time, they put sofa 3 + 2 In required room and took all rubbish away, highly recommend and would use again in the future. Excellent service from start to finish.

Quality of the furniture
I was concerned about spending a large amount on line. I did receive a confirmation e-mail, but then heard nothing for nearly a week. I was phoned and they told me the delivery would be in two days time which it was and it was in the time slot that was advised. The driver and his father were very good and placed the furniture where it was required. Very pleased with the furniture, the leather is of good quality and recline back so far that you could sleep on them, the other additional touch was the USB port on the side. Over all very pleased and would recommend them.

To be honest good service, the two young lads were very good at their job, but when i read the reviews it said how comfortable the furniture was but we don't think it's very comfortable, i just hope we get used to it, or we have wasted our money
