Love our bedroom set

My experience with this website has been deeply disappointing. After placing an order for a bedframe nearly a month ago, I've yet to receive it. Despite inquiries, the status remains "processing," with no clear indication of when I can expect delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't recommend this company to anyone and highly suggest you go somewhere else.

Delivered on time. Set inside. No damage.

Can’t say enough about how happy I am with my bedroom purchase. The furniture was nicer than I thought, the delivery team was courteous and meticulous, the communication was superb from first encounter until delivery.
Will definitely refer family and friends. Oh and my furniture came in 10 days!

Communication was terrible. Absolutely terrible from a customer service standpoint. I received an email about two weeks aftery delivery about my scheduled delivery. Prior to that, I had to call twice to find out if they ever even got my order. Delivery was exceptional and my couch is absolutely gorgeous!

Came just as expected. Good deal. Good quality.

The furniture was a little smaller than the picture and it took a lot longer to receive by a few months

Bought Shenandoah bedroom set do not recommend not nowhere close to this light oak and I did read add could differ but big difference in dark wood and light wood was not even close terribly disappointed with purchase would not recommend this company at all like I said description is terrible

The dining room table and chairs were a decent quality and matched the pictures/description on the website. The furniture was packaged well for shipping and was relatively easy to put together. However, the delivery company was terrible, mean, pushy, rude, and all the things you don't want associated with your brand. I've never dealt with such rudeness with any delivery situation, ever. I am holding Furniture Pick accountable for the service they have selected.

Delivery was smooth and furniture is beautiful..prices were also very good

Furniture came packaged very securely. This furniture was way out of of expectation! Very sturdy and strong. The color is on point with the picture it came as described. The shipping took a good month but it was worth the wait for sure! Next time I buy another furniture piece it will definitely be from here !

Great options and informed, seamless delivery.

I was a bit nervous about ordering an expensive piece of quality furniture from an online store. The price was better than anywhere else, but I was worried the piece would arrive damaged or the quality would be poor. Furniture pick exceeded my expectations. The piece arrived without a scratch and is amazing quality. I will order from them again.

I ordered nearly $2,000 worth of furniture from Furniture Pick. When the dresser arrived, the trucking company they use could not leave our home fast enough and we had absolutely no time to unpack and inspect the furniture before the drivers left, as the company’s instructions directed us to do. The drivers left and after we unpacked, the large dresser we ordered was damaged along the trim which also affected the drawer function. We attempted to work with furniture pick’s claims department to get a new piece of trim so that we could repair the item ourselves. They could not provide us the trim piece. Our options were to repackage and send the dresser back or receive a $75 rebate! They obviously did not want the hassle of going through the return and it would have been costly for us to do as well. $75 was not enough of a rebate for a brand new dresser. I will never order from them again and warn others not to order from them. They did not engage with us at all following my complaint. Lesson learned too late for me but hopefully this review will help others. Trust me, based on the rushed and careless nature of the delivery drivers, I trust that this happens often!

Great price and product arrived as expected. Free delivery is big bonus. One thing that I didn’t like the protection plan for furniture does not cover rip at the seams.

Everything was good. The price was the best I found. The service was good. Would do business again with this company. I live 150 miles away and got free delivery.

Very happy and satisfied with my online purchase from FurniturePick!!! Love my new sectional. Look forward to working with them again in the future.

The sofas are very nice looking but they aren’t soft to sit on, at all. Very stiff seat cushions. Plan on waiting at least 6 weeks for delivery and movers will leave them on the front porch. One needs to have his/her own movers to bring them inside and unbox them.

Best price, but product is a little slow for shipping.
