We have had nothing but problems with Furniture Pick, and we still don't even have our furniture after 1 month. The sales people are extremely rude and arrogant and I would never do business with them again. We can't even go buy a new couch at a real store because they are holding our money hostage without providing the goods we paid for. SCAM.

Was working with two Sales agents one named Victor and the other named Matt. Matt was a little arrogant and I had to keep calling for a price quote. Never received. Was hoping of ordering quite a bit of items from this company and I had several back and forth conversations, including via email that I had to initiate. They kept saying he is on the other line and that Matt would give me a call back. He jnever called me back after saying they were, Matt in particular. Company NOT reliable!! Lacks effective, reliable, communication. Wanted to get several pieces from them..oh well...

Very Satisfied with my ite

Rude! Absolutely awful! Fussed me out because I returned an item and told my credit card company so I wouldn’t be charged. The worst I have ever been treated by a company! And they damaged my wall with the furniture.

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience with Furniture Pick. I had been searching for a couple months for the perfect bedroom set and couldn't believe they sold it cheaper than other stores and with free shipping and no tax. I didn't believe it at first but it was true! I had several questions at the start and they responded to my emails within just 1-2 business days. The Coaster Furniture items were out of stock with a potential restock date in August but they ended up arriving in July which we were so excited for. The delivery process was smooth and the driver was friendly. We did not pay for white glove delivery so the items were on wood pallets and placed in our garage. My husband and I unboxed it all which took time and the furniture was much heavier than anticipated but we did it ourselves to save money. We don't know what to do with the wood pallets left behind but we'll figure it out. If you don't have the ability to get rid of wood pallets and large pieces of cardboard and styrofoam I would definitely suggest paying for white glove delivery. Our pieces were well packed and secure with no damage whatsoever. Thanks Furniture Pick! We will definitely order again!

Great price and even delivered on a sunday..early! I had seen the sofa set in multiple stores and websites. Took a chance on Furniture Pick. Customer service was helpful after needing it to be delivered to a different address.

I will never buy furniture from anywhere else! Prices are reasonable; service is great and no delivery fee!

It was easy to place an order. The order was completed within the time promised. The delivery process went smoothly. The sofa ordered arrived on time and in good condition. It was glaves delivery and the sofa was assembled by delivery workers. All boxes were moved from the apartment.
