Our new Silverton Industrial Table Lamp…

Our new Silverton Industrial Table Lamp now sits handsomely on a small wooden cabinet in the hallway and is strategically placed in front of a large mirror where it's quickly become a focal point. The mirror doubles its warmth and glow, radiating that wonderful cosiness for visitors. Its design is both robust and masculine however its rough edges are somewhat refined being toned down by the snugness its light generates. We are thrilled with our Silverton Industrial Lamp and the service of Furnwise who have shown to be a reliable and trustworthy company to deal with.
In addition, our lamp was expertly packaged and quickly dispatched. Excellent all round. Well done Furnwise! Highly recommended!

I purchased two bedside tables

I purchased two bedside tables, only one has arrived. It was diverted to my neighbour, as we were on holiday. I received a reply fro them after making them aware of this, to which they said that the two had left the factory and they would check the tracking details with Evri, who they used as the courier. I have tried contacting them again via customer services, which always seem to be offline, (strange for an “online only company) but have yet to get a reply.
Note to Furnwise Team; Please don’t reply to this review with a faux sincere apology about the experience I’ve had with you, just resolve my problem!

Absolutely love my dining chairs.

Absolutely love my dining chairs.
Colours are fab and match my brightly coloured table.
Fabric ideal for a kitchen as can wash down.
A biggy for me is comfort and back support and these hit the mark. Back of chair not very high but still offer great support. Not had them long but been used several times every day. Have spent several hours sitting on them, very comfortable.

Cannot return a faulty item

I got a faulty item and tried to return it. Turns out, they don't have a collection service, so they suggested I take a HEAVY FURNITURE to the post office myself, because of their fault of shipping me a FAULTY item. So rude.

Read this again: they are a FURNITURE company, and they don't provide a collection service.

They basically bully you into accepting a partial refund (40%), because you have no other viable choice.

UPD: I'm not going to read your 1000-word essay, I'm already aware that you can't communicate clearly.

Avoid

Avoid, absolute nightmare.
Delivery delayed, partial delivery abandoned on drive, customer service nightmare trying to locate rest of items. Rest of delivery arrives, half is damaged and not functional, attempt to get item replaced/refunded and hit by customer service nightmare #2. To get items replaced or refunded in full (rather than accept 30% and keep the broken junk) you must return via the most complicated process imaginable, get ready to ready up on export laws! there is also no collect option so you need to repack at take enormous boxes of furniture to the post office yourself.
