Fusion Robes Reviews

What a superb experience and end product we received from Fusion Robes in relation to our fitted dressing room. From the first casual enquiry through to final installation the service was first class across the team. Jenny in the Design team was our main point of contact and we sat down with her twice to work out design and layout and we made various tweaks and changes based on her extensive experience. The team on site for installation for 3 days led by Taylor were a pleasure to deal with, and the few final snags post installation were quickly closed out by Marcus on site. The overall end to end experience was superb and we are absolutely delighted with the finished high end bespoke product and would highly recommend Fusion Robes. Thank you once again

First class service this is our second purchase from Fusion. Shelly on hand to help with design, installation fitter, excellent job. All round a positive experience.

The service provided by Jenny, Marcus and Patrick was exceptional. They are an amazing team and provided fantastic customer service at all points of the process!
Everything was so seamless and my wardrobes were fitted a couple of weeks before the original date.
I love my wardrobes and have no hesitation in recommending Fusion. They are all great and a pleasure to deal with

From stepping in store to completion of fitting the team have been excellent.
Shelley listened to my ideas, give her advice and was able to make sure I got the design I wanted within my budget. I am in love with both sets of wardrobes, the design, colour and quality!
I met with a few companies and Fusion Robes was by far the best quality, selection of styles/colours and designs.

From start to finish this design and installation of fitted wardrobes into our small study was a faultless experience. Warm and welcoming showroom with friendly attentive staff. Shelley produced the ideal design with useful suggestions along the way which we wouldn't have previously thought of. Communication was on time via telephone, WhatsApp and email. Our fitter Patrick was excellent, skilled, friendly, hardworking and he left the room clear at the end of every day. Highly recommended company

Walk in wardrobe and sliding wardrobes in a spare room completed. Fast professional service. Fantastic quality and couldn’t be happier with our wardrobes

We have just had our new wardrobes fitted and absolutely delighted with the finished product. From the first time we met with Jenny for design options right through the journey, Jenny was more than patient as we made our choices. Patrick who came to fit was excellent, quietly worked away and so pleasant with it, accommodating an early start one of the days so I could get to an appointment on time. Great customer experience throughout - nothing was too much bother. Such a contrast from 2 other companies who told us our room wasn't suitable for a walk in wardrobe area because of the slopping roof. Would highly recommend.

We moved into a two bedroom apartment with no storage after having lived in a four bedroom house. We needed some very well organised storage space. Fusion Robes have designed and installed two beautiful sliding door wardrobes with ample storage. The wardrobes are incredibly well-made and enhance our two bedrooms.

We are so thrilled for our new slide robes, the guys were so lovely fitting them efficiently and very tidy after would highly recommend.

Had a wardrobe fitted recently and now want to explore other options . Profession efficient and friendly

Fusion Robes did an excellent job from start to finish. They gave us great advice in the showroom, taking time to discuss various options. Their communication was very efficient and we are delighted with the finished product. They are lovely people to deal with. Many thanks.

Very professional service from design to installation. At design stage, Jenny provided really helpful advice throughout the process and the whole team took a pride in how the end products were delivered. In particular, the design and fitting of bespoke office furniture was outstanding.

The store personnel were very approachable and friendly, offering to show us a variety of finishes and door combinations to replace old sliding doors. We had decided to keep the internal rails and shelving and they were happy to accommodate us.
Delivery was quick and installation was excellent, the fitter ensured that everything was left pristine!
Thank you to everyone!

Jenny was so helpful when we went in for our consultation. Everything was made bespoke for what we wanted and she even measured us to make sure we could reach everything in the wardrobes. On top of that, on day of installation, William was so hard working, he was building the wardrobes up all day and did such a good job and was very professional. We couldn't be happier with the end result, the quality is fantastic. We would highly recommend!

Had my wardrobes installed in September 23 and must say I’m very happy. Excellent job from the initial consultation right through. Would definitely recommend this company

It was so good to have Jenny help us navigate what would work in our space. She even got the measuring tape out to show us how much hanging space we would have within the design!! The attention to detail was fabulous- helping us to see how the design would work best for our needs.
Patrick the fitter worked away, quietly and efficiently. He was tidy and again showed a lot of attention to detail. Jenny kept us updated on timings for fittings and was very accommodating when needed one of the wardrobes in place for visitors. We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Fusion Robes - excellent from start to finish.

Service from design and planning to fitting was first class.
Sharon was so patient when we kept changing our minds and Marcus came out to measure up as planned. Patrick the fitter was prompt , worked hard with the fitting and was extremely tidy.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Fusion Robes.

Cannot recommend Fusion robes highly enough! From the planning stages to final fitting, nothing was too much trouble. We are so chuffed with the design, quality and service we received! More companies should follow their lead. EXCELLENT! Thank you

I recently became the proud owner of a built in wardrobe from Fusion Robes, as part of a bedroom redesign.
I am delighted with not only the item, but the whole process which was actually very enjoyable!
I opted to purchase a built in wardrobe and was booked in for an individual appointment with a Sales Advisor to allow me to design one that fitted my space and met my needs. I was given plenty of time to explore my options and the availability of models in the showroom allowed me to look at these options in practice. The advisor's guidance - and patience, was invaluable in making decisions.
The Company honored a commitment to install the wardrobe before a big family occasion and could not have been more helpful when making arrangements.
The fitter arrived on time and worked tirelessly to install the wardrobe, leaving the room tidy and clean.
I am delighted with the wardrobe which fits the space perfectly and provides all the customised storage I require. It looks good and appears to be sturdy.
All in all, a very satisfied customer!

Sharon made the whole experience very easy. The design process was smooth & quick. Communication very clear & dates clearly agreed for measurements & fittings. Patrick the joiner was excellent, he worked non stop for 2 days, cleaned after himself & took away all the rubbish/off cuts - increasingly rare for trades men to do that these days. Really happy with everything & will be back for 2 more fitted wardrobes in time.
