i am really disappointed with the customer service of this website as i wanted a refund for a football boots that was faulty, instead of trying to assist me with help they cut me short and didn’t want to give me a refund or at least something in between. Nonetheless, needless to say that this is a mistake from their end and they’re didn’t try to fix it.

If you are in the UK do not buy from this retailer. Boots split within 2 weeks. They mess around and then ask you to send them back for repair. Any UK retailer would give full refund. Go to ProDirect instead

2 Weeks Since Order – Still No Shipment updated
Over the past two weeks, I was quite disappointed with Futbol Emotion's customer service. Every response I received was an auto-generated email with a copy-paste answer. I had to wait two weeks before they even shipped my kit — two weeks with no information at all.
In the end, my kit did arrive and the order was fully completed. It’s a good shop, and the product came without any issues. However, I want to warn you: you might experience the same problem, a long delay and poor communication from customer service.

I Purchased trainers from this company…
I Purchased trainers from this company & returned them & paid the £15 postage back from the UK.
When I did finally get my refund they had taken £35 off my refund for duty fees.
My problem with this is that it is not stated anywhere in their terms & conditions, that this will happen. Had I known about this I would not have bought the trainers from them. In my opinion it is a total scam & it should be in their terms & conditions on returning items to them. If in the UK I would not purchase any items from this company.

UK buyers beware
I purchased football boots from this site for my son, paying shopping of approximately £6 on top of the cost.
They were too small, unfortunately, so I returned them, paying £15 to ship to Spain. Fair enough.
I received a refund for approximately 50% (£21) of the full purchase price. When I queried this discrepancy, I was told it was due to customs fees.
So total cost for shipping plus customs was £42 for an item bought for £42, which has been returned. Had I known this to be the case in advance, I wouldn't have used the site.
Definitely advise against using this site if you think you may have to return items.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. The trainers were delayed and then when they arrived they were a completely different order of football boots. When i reached out to customer services they merely said the correct shoes left their warehouse and the case is now closed! The worst service I have received online shopping and will never use them again.
