… Wrong order, different size, and bad service.
You have made things extremely difficult for us after waiting for more than a month for the order to arrive and paying a lot of money to buy a T-shirt that arrived in a size larger than the size I ordered and incurred a very large loss in paying customs and taxes in my country, approximately 150 euros, and in the end I was surprised by a size different from my size. I am very frustrated because of your negligence and this mistake has not been dealt with yet.

25/26 Barcelona home kit…
Since the 25/26 Barcelona home kit released my 4 year old has been desperate for it with Lamine Yamal on the back. For some reason no where in the UK has been able to provide names and numbers on the back of the home kit in my son’s size. The only way to get it has been to order it from the Barcelona website and by the time I added the excessive shipping costs it nearly doubled the cost of the kit. In step Futbol Emotion! They were able to provide the kit in my son’s size at only a fraction of the cost of what it would cost me in the UK even after the shipping cost. I was slightly concerned about having to pay import VAT but I was never charged for that. Definitely will be ordering from them again because they have kits that don’t seem to be available in the UK. Oh and shipping was quick too!!

Bad Experience with Football Emotion
I bought a pair of football boots from Football Emotion, and after only 9 training sessions, they literally started to fall apart. The front part of the shoes opened up, which should not happen so quickly, especially since the training sessions were not particularly intense.
When I contacted customer service and explained the issue, they asked me to send multiple pictures (more times!!), which I did, along with a detailed explanation. Instead of resolving the problem, they insisted that I ship the boots back to them for inspection — right at the start of the season when I actually need them. They could say this already in first mail, btw.
What really shocked me was their email, where they highlighted: “Please note that if we cannot apply the warranty to the product (for example, if the damage occurred due to the constant use of the product, if it was used in a field that is not recommended by the manufacturer, if it was repaired or if it has been tampered with, among other cases) we will not assume the costs generated by the shipping and reshipment of the material.”
Are they serious? Why are football boots made if not to be used on football pitches? This feels like they are trying to avoid responsibility rather than standing behind the quality of the products they sell. Very disappointing experience — I cannot recommend buying from them even I spent in their shop more than 1000€!

When a product shows signs of damage, we must follow the warranty procedures set by the manufacturers, which usually require a physical inspection to determine if the issue is due to a factory defect or external causes. We understand this may not be ideal timing, and we apologize if the process felt unclear at first.
Regarding your comment about the use of the boots: on our website, we provide clear information for every boot model about the type of sole and which surfaces it is designed for (natural grass, artificial turf, dirt, etc.). Using the boots on a surface different from the one recommended by the manufacturer can unfortunately lead to premature tear, and in such cases, the warranty may not apply — which is why we are required to assess each case carefully.
The note in our email was meant to be transparent about how the warranty works. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we of course cover the return costs and offer a full solution. We never intend to avoid responsibility, but we do need to ensure each case is evaluated fairly.
We truly appreciate your trust as a long-time customer and regret that this situation has led to disappointment. If there's anything else we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Upon delivery, they didn't knock on the door or call. They delayed delivery by two days, and I had to pay for recovery at a new location. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Company is great, sneakers are good, only problem is shipping companies that they work with. Especially Overseas express company from Croatia, they are the most unreliable company in the world but yet they still work with them, i ordered 4 times from Futbolemotion to Croatia and i had troubles with every shipment, one was even returned to sender.
