This is the second futon frame I purchased from futon land. The first one was about 14 years ago. It was sturdy and attractive and survived many, many guests. So I knew what to expect. It came a whole week ahead of time and the guys did a great job putting it together. So worth the extra cost! Their customer service is very professional and friendly. They even matched the sale price of another vendor! I’m very happy with the quality and service they always provide.

Customer service was great, validated that my order was correct over the phone before shipping. Everything arrived very quickly. I haven’t unboxed yet but al the packaging looks to be in good condition.

I got the Manila Futon (frame only). It did not come with assembly instructions like it’s supposed to. Only reason I could get the initial frame together was finding a video for the same type on YouTube. Then, when I called for some help (because the specific frame needed specific instructions) I was directed to online. This also didn’t help and even after explaining multiple times that I do not have any assembly instructions, I was told to refer to the instructions in the box. I got so frustrated that I hung up. I was able to get it together with some serious internet sleuthing and some gentle hopeful guesswork. It’s a lovely frame but boy that customer service sucked.

Process was fast and easy, shipping was super fast,and im very happy with the mattress I ordered.

Ordered two sofa beds via phone call from Futonland. Sales person was pleasant and willing to assist with meeting my delivery time request. Sofa beds delivered by two Futonland employees on Labor Day. Employees were experienced with white glove delivery and able to assist with demonstrating the Two click method when opening and closing sofa beds. All a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Tiro Warm Cherry loveseat frame and ottoman frame and a Haley 110 mattress to go with both. Along with covers and pillows. I am SO PLEASED with the quality of everything. The frames are beautiful and great quality. The mattresses are comfortable to sleep on and sit on. The versatility of quality pieces that can be used as a couch but easily converted to a bed is just amazing! the services was outstanding throughout! I received lots of great communication about the orders and ship dates. When I emailed with questions I received prompt and courteous replies. I highly recommend FutonLand. The ability to customize to exactly what you want for frames and mattresses and cover colors and quality means you will end up with something perfect for your needs! So Happy!

The process of getting my futon was easy from using the website, suggestions from talking on the phone with customer service, delivery details and assembly (by myself, female). The quality of this piece is excellent. I was nervous ordering a piece of furniture and mattress online without seeing it and it turned out so much better than expected. I recommend Futonland without hesitation.

Shipping was much faster than anticipated. Because FedEx shipping was available, I received the futon in days (I expected it would take weeks when I placed the order). I received a call the day after my order to verify everything was correct and this was greatly appreciated. The instructions for assembly were straightforward with helpful photos. It took 2-3 hours to assemble only because I was confused by a step and needed to watch the provided YouTube video to clarify. This is a great option if you are more of a visual type person. Assembly was definitely doable alone up to the end. You will need a second person to lift everything into the base once completed. The futon looks nice and is very sturdy. I am glad I purchased from this company.

I just placed my very first online order with Futonland and I can't say enough of how impressed I am with their customer service. My order was place on a Sunday and I had my lamps on Wednesday and with a refund on my shipping to boot! They even called me personally to let me know I was over charged for shipping. WOW that doesn't happen very often. I highly recommend their services.
