Overall I am happy that we have decided for Future Health. However, we had many inconveniences (administrative problems, miscommunication). Yet, I am very happy that in the end both samples (the services we asked for) could be successfully stored. Thank you!

Great service and clear processes/instructions to follow
The collection process worked very well and without any issues. Instructions given were pretty simple and clear. Excellent customer care service (email, phone).
