Absolutely over the moon with my purchase of 6 windows and 2 doors.
They were fast and efficient with the fitting. The quality for the price was also top noch. 10 out of 10 from me.

It's a scam. There is no company "future Renovation " if you try to find this company on the company House website is not even registered.
They just need advance cash payment and that is all.
They took £360 from me and after that no door no response.
Please be aware if you try to get the refund they charge for the survey as well which is £280 they are saying.
There is no government funding it's just a trap to get order advance payment.
They call you with different numbers all the time.
There is no address of the company it's a PO Box address.No shop no nothing all they need is an advance payment.
Please if you are a victim of this scam.
They are also known as Eco funding, Future funding.

Had my windows done by future last month and cannot be more happy with the outcome. My house looks amazing and the heat of my house has drastically improved! Will be referring everyone in my contacts as I couldn’t be happier with the result, so professional and quick.

Future renovation is a fraud and a blackmailing firm I paid deposit and then cancelled the contact within 48 hours when I found out about misleading info on their product, they never replied to my email, I rang so many times they alway promised me of call back within 2 hours which I never received then one of their team members even criticised other window companies when ask for my deposit back because I had another company lined up for installation then their manager comes in and promises me for satisfaction and gives me date for installation, on the day of installation no one turned up on my call to them I found out no one is coming to install the windows I started ask for my deposit back agin, 1st 3 days was false promises as usual and then they shown their true face that if I want the window installation to go head I have to pay them extra £2000 which is more then the double price of one of UK's no1 companies so I refuse to proceed head and asked for my deposit back on which I was told it will be forwarded to cancellation department and they will review my case but still there is no sign of my deposit refund, this has been going on since 14th January.
Please be carful don't rely on there words or positive reviews read the negative reviews that's their true face.

Whilst asking repeatedly for my funds to be returned a month later still nothing. I see lots on here saying the same thing nd they are now ignoring my emails. One member of staff commented that the bad reviews were rubbish and they leave them up because they are funny. Terrible people

Very bad experience,I paid 10% deposit and ordered in sep 2021 and now feb 2022 still no updates about my order FR13757 ,very unprofessional response from company,I’ll take this matter to trading standards,

Why isn't there an option to leave a zero star. I got a quote last year, paid a deposit, over £300, cancelled within 7 days. I still haven't got my money back. They blamed covid for the delay for the first 5 months. I've been corresponding ever since. They have stopped replying to my emails now. Disgraceful, unscrupulous cheats. Beware

I can't believe that there is no option to leave a zero or negative rating. The company calls none stop despite several demands to remove my number from their records. They quoted over £12k for a job which 4 other companies quoted £3-4k for. The surveyor that came somehow managed to measure up with no measuring equipment and over estimated a 12m² roof to be 23m².
Just this minute had another call from a 'manager' offering me windows at a discounted price which is hyper inflated to start with. The chap on the end of the phone was very pushy and very argumentative and would not take NO for an answer. I'll be taking my complaint to my local Trading Standards for them to follow up on as these tactics are disgusting and the constant calls and harassment, refusing to remove my details from their records is illegal.

I sincerely pity anyone that has work done by this circus. If you do choose to go with them, do your own research first on the relevant building regulations

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give less! On the first day only one person turned up to do a two man job.... on the last day they were really rushing to get away.

They didn't fit restrictor hinges upstairs as we specified. They kept giving dates when they would come and then not turn up. They eventually fitted them.

5 months later we gave some faults when I requested them come to resolve them they set me their T&Cs sorting they will charge £125 to call out and may charge to repair.

6 months later despite my statutory rights they still aren't coming to repair the issues unless I pay. The guarantee isn't worth the paper its written on.

After care is shocking!!

I wrote the following on the companys facebook page and still nobody dealt with it:
Over 7 weeks ago my dad signed up to a contract to have external doors and windows replaced. He paid a 10% deposit of £550 on the day. Due to unforseen circumstances, I put in a cancellation for him. The contract states right to cancel within 7 days. The cancellation was put through on day 5, both through telephone and then an email for my own records (thankfully, or the company may have very well denied me putting a cancellation through). I was told that the cancellation and refund would take UP TO A WEEK. Since it was around Christmas time, I didnt bother them for a while. After around 3 weeks, I have made numerous calls and was made several empty promises of a call back from management. 7 WEEKS and nobody has called me back. Last Monday morning I called and was promised a call back. Come evening, nobody called so I rang back. I was told the manager who has put the case together is on another call and will call me back right after she was done. The following Monday (today) I called again because a whole week on the phone to that customer seemed long to me. I was promised a call by 1pm. I have called again because nobody rang me. This time I am told that the man dealing with the case tried to call me on Saturday. I was also told that several managers had looked in to it. On the previous call I was told that A LADY was dealing with the case and she is the only one that can proceed with the case. That has left me baffled! While writing this post I received a call from management (a man). He said they had tried to contact me a few times but my number was wrong (I made sure the number was confirmed on each call so I know that is not the case. I was then told that I had to send the cancellation by post even though on the contract it says it can be done by either post or via email. When I raised this point, the manager said yes you are right while still trying to convince me that they had tried to call me many times. Evertime I called, nobody mentioned that somebody was trying to call me so i know this is a lie. I now await a call back (told they would call me this evening) in regards to getting my dad his refund. Will post an update here. My anxiety has hit the roof dealing with this matter. This is not appropriate customer service at all! I have lost count of the number of times I called previous to last Monday so I have not included these here. If not dealt with immediately, I will print a log of my calls and take thos up with trading standards as well as getting the media involved. Absolutely appaled!

EDIT: waited all day and no call back, what a joke!

Edit 2: Called on the managers mobile phone today (wednesday) since he did not call me back Monday evening. He says he is in a meeting and hangs up on me. Rude and arrogant waste of space! Doesn't even deserve to be dealing with customers!

Have reported to trading standards and looking to take legal proceedings.

Update 14/02/2022: Trading standards are launching an investigation in to this company so anyone who has had a similar experience, please get in touch with trading standards. This company will finally be looked in to :)

!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Having quoted a price, signed by myself and the company rep, they sent a surveyor a week later, everything fine no changes required to that which was reflected on the contract, told to wait a week for the report to go in to the office, at the end of that week I called the office only to be told that it had been passed to the design office and they will contact me after their deliberations, another week passes and no contact, it is now near a month since we signed the contract, I phone again, this time to be told the price has gone up to almost double! The reason for the increase was to cover changes I had requested! I stated I hadn't made changes, that fell on stony ground and was told that a manager would call me to explain, no call ever received.
Due to the prolonged delays, the cooling off period came and went.
So,
-the agreed price not adhered to by the company
- the delays killed off the cooling off period
- deposit lost because I didn't cancel in time, despite the fact that until that time passed there was no reason to cancel because they had given me zero information.

A more suspicious person might suspect a devious business model.

Hi,
I am a disabled person and had all my windows changed (12)after six months some windows around the edges started to have cracked in places where they put glue to seal when they fitted the windows.
it comes with 15 years warranty which is not true at all because they try the best to make you go through he'll as I have waited to months then the response was from a manager called Ellie Sutcliffe who ignored my emails and calls who works in the remedial department was I nightmare to get hold of and never responsed after numerous emails to her.
I got an email which took not her a staff stating 75 pounds for engineer to come and fix the door which I replied back what door are you talking about this company should be investigated by the government body as its a shamble.
To seal 3 windows for example each edge about a hand length 😒 it took this company 2 months to get back to me by the way I had to phone every week an email to manger and was told different things.
Anyone thinking of using this company if things go wrong you are gonna be in a big mess and really get frustrated I am a disabled person which they know as I gave them proof of my disabled badge and told them about my mobility conditions they just didn't care my advice avoid at all costs research before you go ahead with this company total joke and you will have to ring every day and send emails as they don't care at all about customer service.

Should have been installed on June but were installed in August due to their delays.
On installation days they arrived after 1:30pm after were were told 8am. The installation team were constantly asking for drinks and how much we paid for the,windows as they have a bet with each other.
On installation, 9 windows were faulty with property damage and screws left on our driveway.
In the meantime, we have been misled by Martin and Sue at their office who don't respond despite their promises,been accused of lying by their Compliance Manager Sam.
Ellie at the Customer Service team is dealing with the complaint but it is still not resolved 6 months after fitting and we are unsure if we will need to take a civil case out against the company after spending thousands of pounds with them.
This scenario is not the one sold to us at point of sale in March 2020.

WORKS NOT REPAIRED
The engineer has attended and told us to buy Brush Pile to stop the breeze at the door (the door was supplied and fitted fo £1800), windows out of alignment,not locking closed,keys have still not been supplied for the windows, there is property damage to four rooms since fitting last summer which they are ignoring, they do not answer the phone and any email response takes two weeks with no answers.
I have been told by the company I am making a fraudulent claim !!!!!
We will now have to seek legal action.
With hindsight we would have not used this company, we will now have to employ a legitimate company to complete the works.

VERIFY THE REVIEW
I received an email from Trustpilot saying Future Renovations are requesting I "VERIFY THE REVIEW".
I have verified the review and am still waiting for the repairs to be carried out. It feels like Future Renovations are trying to make the review disappear !!!!!!
The engineer did attend but didn't repair, I was told by him to fix it myself.
And yes, despite all the promises from Future Renovations, I am still waiting for them to install the windows and doors I have already paid them to fit.

Disgusting company useless product ,we are now in process of small claims and trading standards ,do not pay cash to any company as we did ,now we have lost 4.5k and have wind blowing through our windows ,took 18 month to get a guarantee emailed and fensa cert but they want us to pay for an inspection ,you will get the run around .do not believe any good reviews I promise it will be set up .give them a ring all will become clear ,nice and friendly until they get your money.

Had this company come out to do windows last September, 3 day installation took 3 weeks, bay window and rear window had to be refitted due to poor initial installation, 3 different fitting teams, damage never repaired, MDF lined door panels left outside for 3 days in the pouring rain, one has now swelled but they refuse to come out and repair. Staff rude won’t responded to calls or emails, make promise they don’t keep the list goes on bay window left 3 weeks unfinished and exposed to the wind and rain. Please don’t trust this company. When I asked to escalate everything as an official complaint I was told we are already dealing with this as a complaint and it can’t go any further, so now I’m inclined to involve the Ombudsman and my bank for non delivery of service

These are some of my concerns after reading the reviews today

15 year guarantee, if I have any problems do I have to pay for a call out charge? Apparently it’s £125

Will the work be completed at a good standard and quality with everything pre ordered ready to be installed on the day?

Will the work be completed within the time frame given as i do not want delays or cancellations, i do not want to be chasing like I have been the last few months, if the job is started will it be complete on the day? I have a disabled mother in the house

I won’t accept oh we haven’t had this delivered or this isn’t right, as seen on reviews, product were damaged before installing and when questioned they had to pay £125 for someone to come out and have a look even

Will the fitters clean up after themselves?

I tried to cancel my order via email and the email address provided doesn't exist, the one on my contract, an absolute joke, this is a bogus company, they also go off by a different name and I was told they get staff to write false positive reviews as the general public have clicked on to what they really are

Also an insider told me that the manager who claims to be Martin is actually a M Khan, misleading right from the start, I wouldn’t believe a word anyone says in the company, they are full of lies.

My overall thoughts are this company is not capable in providing an honest reliable service and should be reported higher.

I encourage anyone who has had a bad experience to share with others to raise awareness, they can not continue to fool people.
