I had a great experience ordering with FYTOO. Supper easy and the try on feature was supper helpful. I got Steven and Ginevra glasses. Both were great quality. Will be ordering again.

I’ve purchased multiple frames from fytoo and I love them all, nice quality & visually they look extremely stylish!
Ran into a problem with my latest pair and they offered to fix it at no cost!

Worst experience ever. Needed to return these bc they don’t fit properly and had to answer 6 different emails from them basically begging me not to return them despite them advertising a 30 day return policy. Buyer beware the return address is china and the return shipping is paid by you so ends up costing more than the glasses. Will never purchase from them again

The customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong color after I confirmed payment. I sent an email through customer service and they got back to me and updated my order within 24 hours. The glasses are great quality, prescription is spot on and I received my order within three weeks. I will definitely buy more.

Everything was what marvelous, the prescription is perfect, the glasses are great, the price was superb, at the end I am very very happy and I have order an another pair of glasses and I'm waiting for them, also I hope the experience with the same or even better, congratulations

The glasses are of very good quality, durable and very nice,I already have three pairs of these glasses and I am very pleased with each one.

Great variety of glasses, but would not purchase from them again. My prescription was slightly off so now I have to get them redone elsewhere.

Truly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Even when the company had a photo of my actual prescription, they gave me varifocal lenses, which I do not wear. I have paidd for glasses that are useless for me and am furious. Still trying to get a refund, but only encountering a wall.

Fytoo is quick with orders, and the products are of good quality. I was sceptical about ordering glasses online without trying them on first, but it all worked out, especially with the bulkier frame. The measurements given for the product provided exactly the information needed to proceed with ordering the right glasses, at least for me. I also experienced how Fytoo handles returns, and they are reliable and helpful! I can and have recommended the company to all.

My glasses came in a timely manner. The prescriptions are precise. I order the progressive. The fames are sturdy 10/10 and the color is vibrant. They also follow up to make sure everything is received and in working order.

Today I was able to speak on chat to someone who very graciously offered to replace my lost order.
They are also send in my order in 4-8 days this time.
I’m so grateful for this because I need these to drive at night and it’s hindering my driving to anywhere at night without them.

I like when you get a respond and they don't give you a hard time for the return of glasses and get your refund back so you can order again.

My order got lost in transit and the Fytoo customer service team provided outstanding support like no other. Customer service's communication was clear and thorough and they made me feel valued as a customer. They assisted me with service that's better than I've seen in years. Update: Still no package. The resolution offered by Fytoo is the making of a new order and shipping new order business class if I changed my review to a 5-star so here goes...let's see how this process goes and if my husband gets his glasses. I'll be back with an updated review to let you all know how it went.

April 7, 2026 I ordered 5 pairs of glasses for my husband as a anniversary gift. Paid extra for advanced shipping. Our anniversary is April 25th. Today is April 22. Still no glasses. It took multiple days for the lenses to be reviewed and now it's sitting on "shipped waiting for package scan" since April 16th. Contacted customer service about 7 days ago, they quickly responded and said they asked that a rush be put on them. Their quick response earned them an extra star even though nothing came from that communication. To date, still nothing. No glasses and no change in tracking. I should have stayed with Zeelool.com. I have 32 pairs of glasses from them and I've purchased 12 pairs for my husband. Never had an issue with them or their quality. Their process is seamless and I've NEVER paid for advanced shipping with them nor have I waited this long for delivery. My husband wanted to give them another chance. We ordered a pair last year and the prescription seemed off but he liked the styles. Won't make this mistake again. Now on to find a RUSH gift for my husband's anniversary gift. Sheesh.

The glasses my husband and I have receive have been top quality. When I wanted to make a small change on one of my prescriptions customer service was amazingly helpful and generous in assisting me. I was very impressed with how quickly they assisted and how good quality the products are. Thank you FYTOO! We get so many compliments on our eyewear!
