Ordered glasses march 22nd and still haven't received my order. Tracking has not been updated since April 6th. Tried calling the number provided and they don't have available agents. Tried the live chat but it only asks for name and email and I'm still waiting on a response. First time ordering from fytoo and it's a horrible first impression. At this point I just want my$166 back but Im having trouble getting any assistance. 0 stars from me. Be careful when ordering from this site

Honestly, I had an issue with my prescription and didn't expect much, but their support team is top tier. They emailed me back fast, sorted everything out with no hassle, and were pretty understanding about it.

Amazing glasses, it feels luxurious and the design i chose, the design i get. I also love the glasses because they are not that heavy, i love the quality it is worth it. I also love how fast the delivery is. Thank you so much

Terrible company. Sent glasses that didn’t match my prescription then became uncontactable. Currently in dispute via PayPal. Now they’ve claimed in their reply to the review that they weren’t getting my emails , more lies because they’ve been responding to me on hotmail all along

Fytoo's customer service has been excellent. The prescription I provided from a new optomitrist was incorrect. Could not see properly in them. They are remaking my glasses with my old prescription now at no additional charge.

I have had an excellent experience with Fytoo. This is my second time ordering for a total of 10 glasses. All the eyeglasses that I have are comfortable ti wear. The prescription was correct. The customer service had been impeccable, timley and efficient.

Excellent service

I've had great experiences with FYTOO for over two years. I have ordered and received four pairs of glasses from this company, so that alone should tell you that I trust and enjoy the quality of their products. But they are also excellent in customer service, respond quickly. I've only had one technical issue and they resolved it within a day. Plus, I really like being able to track the packages as they find their way to me. Highest recommendation.

Im not 100% satisfied with m'y purchase. I sent a request via the web site regarding the process of refund but never received a response. Is not 100% clear on how to request a refund. I'm still wanting and hoping i will received the help i need.

Update 4/16/26: customer service replied to me again following this post. They said they will only replace the defective glasses if I change my review to 5 stars and send a screen shot. I refused and they said that I'm stuck with the defective pair. I have never experienced customer service like this before - bizarre. I'm just glad they were readers and not more expensive prescription glasses.

I ordered two pairs of reading glasses in two different styles. One pair is perfect and the other is defective. The arm is askew and stretched beyond square of the frame. I contacted customer service with photos within a day. I have gone back and forth multiple times with them, each time waiting days for them to reply. They are refusing to exchange for a new pair. It's been horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
