Annoying
I don’t usually complain here but signed up for a trial, was okay - functionality was average, draft replies weren’t very good, definitely very overpriced. Mostly annoyed by being chased constantly about signing up, 3 emails in the space of 12 hours and more still coming through

However, you can opt out of these at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
Fyxer can further polish and personalize your drafts by applying these suggestions:
Drafts > General > Custom Tone > Add notes or guidance that describe your preferred writing style so Fyxer can better mirror how you usually communicate in emails.
Drafts > Custom Files > Upload documents or resources that contain information you often send or topics you regularly respond to, allowing Fyxer to reference them when creating drafts.
You can also refine drafts as you go - by editing and adjusting responses, Fyxer learns from those changes and becomes better aligned with your style over time.
We also offer a referral program. For every user you refer to Fyxer using the link in your Fyxer dashboard, you receive $50 in credit.

Fyxer was one of two demos I was using simultaneously. Not only was it more user friendly and useful, it also had instantaneous help as needed. Reaching out on something as basic as setting up an account was treated with the appropriate urgency and politeness. I felt that I was valued as a customer.

Fyxer is phenomenal. Saves me so much time drafting emails. Then I make them my own, but it's shockingly good at taking into account prior conversations from Zoom and email to draft really great, accurate, and on-character emails.

It's a tool I can't do without
It's a tool I can't do without. No more have I the fear of forgetting an important email because I forgot to star it. I didn't even realise Fyxer would start to auto-draft replies but quickly this became extremely valuable and totally sounds like me. I love the clarity of the meeting recordings and action items too.

Streamlines processes much faster. Gives me some leeway to do more important stuff. The more data I have on my spreadsheets, the less I care about what's going on in my inbox. This makes it easier to respond and/or tweak stuff since it already makes drafts for me.

tricking people to sign up
i do not like or will support a company that tricks you into signing up for their service and that is exactly what they did. they sent me an email and made it seem it was sent to me from a trusted co worker and i need to sign up in order to see the recording for our meeting when in fact it creat an account and attached itself to my email. the worst part is it has been a nightmare to get it removed. i would not recommend using this company or their service.

I tested the service and it works well…
I tested the service and it works well and clearly creates value. However, I would have liked the ability to set my own rules or prompts for how emails are tagged. Since that wasn’t possible, I ended up building my own agent for that instead. That’s also why I chose not to renew my subscription.

While customization of the smart categories is currently unsupported, you can work alongside the Fyxer labeling system and your own. In the Fyxer dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Categorization > Advanced > Custom Rules, you can specify certain email addresses & domains and define the category you would like them assigned to. For example, for any email address labeled “To Respond,” a draft will be pre-prepared for you. You can also add email addresses that you would like to exclude from being filtered by Fyxer.

Worth It!! I Should Have Started Sooner!

I almost didn’t sign up because it felt pricey. I kept thinking I could manage without it. I was wrong. I should’ve done this a long time ago.
Lastly, their customer service is top notch. Rapid responses and excellent instructions made for a quick installation process.
