Fyxer is invasive and muddles up a clean inbox with a bunch of draft recommendations that have little relation to anything that would be appropriate in a response. Fyxer also does not allow a limited use. I did not want it in my calendar or on my phone.

Tends to take over your emails and double and triple up in creating multiple emails in different boxes. Impossible to get support or cancel. The website keeps going into new subscription and your can't actually log into a dashboard. OK and then scam when trying to cancel. End up cancelling the credit card.

As a paying customer for over 6 months (NIGHTMARE)
As a paying customer for over 6 months, I can honestly and confidently say in my opinion this software is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
It wrecked my emails, cost me countless hours of searching for what I knew existed, and 10's of thousands of dollars on missing opportunities that went into the abyss. If having one email folder is difficult to track, try letting this software turn it into 8-10 folders. P.S. there's no support to speak of other than an AI Bot. Save your money.

Please note that you can easily customize how your emails are handled by adjusting your settings. Simply navigate to the Fyxer dashboard (app.fyxer.com) > Categorization > Advanced > Custom Rules. From there, you can add specific email addresses or domains, select your preferred category, and update your preferences. This will instruct Fyxer to follow a certain path so that those emails are filtered exactly how you’d like.

overprice, it do things good and others bad.
It´s ok, it works not perfect all the time. The draft are getting to my "sent folder" the follow-up options sometimes (10%) of the time doesn´t work, sometimes on a "to respond" folder it doesn´t make me a draft and the solution is FWD that email to support and wait for a draft (for that I use copilot that´s integrated on outlook) and it´s overprice compared to Claude that´s 17 USD. I recommend the standard that you can use 1 email and 1 calendar, not the 50usd per month (2 emails and 2 calendars)
It not all bad, it does things good, it really classify your emails on 7 different categories and you are a bit more efficient. not 1 hour a day like their MKT campaing, but is ok. This app should be replaced by an integration of claude in the near future, or it will cost 5 usd per month in 2027 or 2028.

The “Follow-Up” category works by creating draft responses for emails where you’re waiting on a reply, helping ensure nothing slips through the cracks and giving you an easy way to nudge recipients when needed.
There are also additional features available, such as our referral program, you can invite others to Fyxer using your unique referral link from the Fyxer dashboard and receive a $50 credit for each user who signs up.

The system created more work on top of reading emails. Invoices that needed processing were not brought to attention. It sets up Autoreplies, but often not anything like a response I would prepare.

Fyxer is my favorite productivity tool
A colleague of mine recommended Fyxer. I have used other AI tools. In comparison, the email support that Fyxer provides is excellent! I also rely heaving on the AI notetaking for meetings. I use it for online meetings as well as live and have been very happy with the output! Fyxer connects seemlessly to Google applications as well as Hubspot (my tools)! The team at Fyxer is also looking for feedback and ideas to improve, which I love.

Over priced with hidden volume charges
Even at an outrageously priced tier, I still was receiving too many emails and Fyxer wanted to start charging me for the “overage.” They were not at all transparent about this add on fee based on email volume.
Insanity. I don’t even work for that large of a company!
The only pro is they let me cancel and get a refund.
Not worth the money in the slightest for what it was doing, anyway. Yes, sometimes it was capable of writing a response. But the categories were not good and you really couldn’t tune them.
