I contacted Graham & Sibbald in Edinburgh regarding the need to have a Building Survey Report carried out as soon as possible on a property that was on the market which was of interest.
Graham & Sibbald responded more or less straight away & were able to accommodate our request.
The detailed report was completed & forwarded within the agreed timescales.
From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Graham & Sibbald .

I instructed Graham and Sibbald to carry out my Home Report as I was aware of their reputation as local experts. Great experience working with Graham + Sibbald. Appointment availability was excellent and my HR draft was completed the following day, incredibly efficient. Kirsty completed the Viewing and HR and I would recommend her very highly, incredibly professional and superb to work with.

Home Report visit
The surveyors Sean and Catrin were excellent.
Having not sold a house in over 20years this was all new to us.
Sean clearly explained on arrival how long they would be what they were going to do. Catrin explained what she was doing and why.
They were respectful in our home and once finished clearly explained next steps and timescales.

Sean came to do our home report survey in between Christmas and New Year. He was polite, friendly and efficient. The home report was published very promptly and allowed our house to go on the market at the beginning of this year. Thank you.
