Amazing technical support! Had an issue with the speed coming to my pc. Called a technical support as I wasn't happy with it. Thanks to Jason, who was able to locate a wrong setting in my PC and fix the speeds coming in. So even at the end the problem was with my hardware, the technical support stayed on the phone and helped me to fix the issue. Kudos to Jason and the single Full Fiber provider in Hammersmith!
Moved house a couple of days a ago and my current broadband provider said they couldn't connect us, so I contacted G.Network, and was totally amazed how fast they got me connected. Oliver came out on a Saturday morning and we were up and running by midday. A brilliant service and I couldn't recommend this company more.
Leon stopped by right at the start of the service window, quickly figured out how to complete the install, and got it done in record time. Super nice guy! Thank you so much!
From the intro call, to the engineers installing the modem it has been a very smooth and pleasant experience for me. Communication was clear from the start on what to expect at each step of the way, and the transition has been frictionless from my old provider to G.Network. I wanna give a shoutout to Andrew, Joe, and team for the professionalism shown throughout the installation process. They put in a great deal of effort in figuring out how to solve issues that came up during the setup process, and were eager to answer any of my questions throughout.
Leon came and fixed everything in the best spirit. He was really efficient, courteous and professional. Great asset to his company.

I highly recommend G.Network to anyone in London. I’ve been a customer since 2022, and until recently, the fibre network has been rock-solid with near-perfect uptime and throughput.
This week (June 2026), I experienced my first physical fibre failure and the recovery response was flawless:
Support: John in Tech Support quickly diagnosed the issue and booked a same-day engineer.
Assessment: An engineer arrived just hours later to scope out the fix (6 hours since failure).
The Repair: The following morning (just 24 hours after the fault occurred), Cesar and Alex arrived. Braving heavy wind and rain, they reconnected us at full speed within two hours.
Incredible technology backed by an even better team. Thank you all for the fantastic, speedy support!
