They told my current provider I was leaving them before the order even went through, website failed and no one bothered to contact me. Eventually went through order process online again, only to be left waiting days to book an engineer visit, I had to call them, I was told someone would ring me back and I received a lousy email. Customer service is absolutely terrible so far. Terrible start to a 2 year contract. Avoid if you can, choose another provider.

Luis has been very helpful dealing with the freeholder for months to get fibre optics for the building thank you for your persistence on the matter it was a challenging journey.

The service was really good. The installer, Jamie Walford, was amazing as well. Everything was perfect.

G. Network was quick, efficient and incredibly resourceful when installing our WiFi. German Schmidt and Laurence Bollers were kind, attentive to our needs and very well informed on the service they were providing and this proved especially useful when we had questions about the installation and the device itself. Should we ever need to update our model or increase our subscription, I’ll definitely be requesting that both German and Laurence come back to help us out. I couldn’t recommend themselves and G. Network enough, thanks so much for helping us out!

I thought I'd never get fibre in my apartment, G.Network made it possible for us! Special shout out to David Asamoah our account manager and Lawrence and Andrew who came and installed it super fast.

This is by far the best Internet provider I have ever experienced. It was a seamless procedure to get GNetwork installed. William kept in touch with me, got an initial survey done. Advised me whenever I had a question. So genuinely friendly and helpful, no sales patter, no hitches or delays and Andrew who installed it was the most professional I've ever experienced compared to any previous Broadband providers I've been with.
Also, the speeds promised are what you actually get and the package is twice as efficient as my previous providers at a far better price.
If there were awards for Broadband providers GNetwork would get the Oscar.
All in all, outstandingly excellent

Jamie Walford was great. It was not an easy installation and from my previous experience with cable providers installers usually try to find the reason why not to do the job. Jamie didn’t give and has done everything he could to complete the install. Great fist experience with G-Networks.

G network were really prompt & responsive in getting our install scheduled. On the day itself, Luis was great - he was quick, efficient & really lovely! He checked everything was working properly for us before he left & we have had no issues since.

I really want to share huge appreciation for Alex at G Network’s team in North London. Ours wasn’t the easiest install but he was so patient and dedicated - a true professional and really lovely person to boot. thank you Alex!

Had nothing but great service the whole process. Engineer out in 2 days to install, was here for 90 mins and sorted the whole thing with little impact to me. Ollie did a cracking job and a lovely guy, would absolutely recommend!

Install team meddling with our post and installing the internet cable over our internet cable, making us have no internet connection. Cable will be cut on Tuesday 22 September.

Fazle was very quick and helpful, only took him a few minutes to get things running again perfectly.

Excellent communication from Janet at HQ to schedule the appointment and follow-up with details. And today Andrew was at the flat, on time and straight into the installation. He did a brilliant job of connecting from Ground to 3rd floor flat, neat and tidy cabling, checking with me throughout, and the fibre is connected and I'm already enjoying the 1Gbps downloads. Very smooth experience.
