Fast and friendly

Alex was efficient and helpful

Although the cause of the damage to the cable remains unclear, Alex was very efficient in fixing it, as well as ensuring that everything was working correctly afterwards. There was some delay over the Bank Holiday getting the appointment scheduled but then things moved fast.

Fazle did a great job in fixing our G Network issue. He arrived on time and within 24 hours of reporting the problem. Very pleased.

2 contractors came to fit the cable…

2 contractors came to fit the cable into our very old building, great job done by both. Polite and efficient, I only got the name of one guy Luis, but he was friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion, they left the offices clean and tidy.

Great service from 2 exemplary employees

After a rocky start with some installers who didn’t care and were rude, thankfully Stuart (surveyor) took over and did a fantastic job setting out what needed to be done to my tricky mews flat. Andrew (installer) went above and beyond to ensure I had great service. The company is recovering from a tough time, but thanks to these two I’m having a great experience so far!

Spoke with Tony Aninakwa about…

Spoke with Tony Aninakwa about broadband speed issues. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We tried a number of solutions using his advice but the problem seemed to be unusual and we were not able to fix the issue immediately; however he helped raise a case with the technical support team.

Awesome engineers

The engineers who handled my very complex case - Martin, Jean, and Fazle - are everything you would expect from customer service. Cooperative, patient, competent, and friendly. I am so grateful that they were able to help me connect my very stubborn laptop to the WiFi network.

So this was my third installation with G-Network.
The installation was not straightforward by any means, but Alex was excellent; his work ethic was exemplary.

Generally speaking I’ve found G-Network to be very good, and totally reliable over the years I’ve used them.

Newly installed full fibrr

Installation only took place two days ago, so my experience of their service and broadband is admittedly limited at the moment. But so far, so good. Leon did a great job of the installation, going above and to ensure I was a happy customer, with the installation done to my very exacting standards! Also he’s just a genuinely very nice bloke. My only small bugbear so far is that I don’t love the supplied router - it’s a pretty old model … but I haven’t had long enough yet to be sure whether it’s good enough. Watch this space.

Huge fan from the day I put in my order to the day the service was switched on, no doubt the best providers in the business in the UK at the moment. Real Fibre, real service and so cost effective. What’s there not to like?
