Fibre and router installation.

Andrew turned up on time, sorted out all the issues in a friendly and professional manner. The connection and router worked first time. All in all, a good experience.
(Couldn’t find the Order Number in my emails.)

Very satisfied with the service

Very satisfied with the service since I took out my contract in 2024.
On the one occasion I needed to contact g.network support, the phone was answered promptly by a real person & the issue immediately addressed.

Great Speed and router quality

Very smooth installation process and good quality router. The engineer Oliver was very polite and knowledgeable, and He explained me everything clearly. High speed connection with fiber-optic cable reaching your router for the optimal connection.

Customer service was exceptional

It was my own fault for being late on a bill and was disconnected but one phone call with Llexcy and he sorted it all out I had my bill paid and he had me reconnected in literally 3 minutes I was shocked as I’ve been with other suppliers who charge double what g network charge and I’ve never had a service this efficient or quick. That good I had to leave a review even though I never, would highly recommend!!!

No connection - no assistance, unforgivable

No internet for two days is terrible for any business. But for the provider not even to respond for assistance is unforgivable. Now trying to move provider, which I imagine will be another battle.

Reported default to Jean network around…

Reported default to GNetwork around 4 o'clock on Sunday by Monday morning at 10 o'clock Fazil the engineer had already arrived. He resolved my issue which was a broken network cable that happened when my builder was doing some work. Very happy with the service Gnetwork provided so quickly and so efficiently. The work was completed by Fazil within 20 minutes.
