G.network broadband service misleading& mistreating a customer!!
I had a reply from G. Network from a person named Ahmed. It seems the person has not even looked at the emails/ phone calls I made to G.network, I have an email to prove that G.network totally did wrong to cancel services. I have email 17/7/26 from Cheryl billing team of G.network admitting the services should have been running appropriately till 1/10/26. Customer services are very well aware of it, yet they stopped services from 9/8/26 for 2 weeks! I hope this time they look into the matter carefully& reply to me. No broadband supplier can be paid when they disrupt services as they wish!!

Amazing Installation Work
It was a very big job and Jason, Kam and German did it without any issues, they were kind and respectful, they really did an amazing job. They were here from morning until late afternoon and left everything sorted.

Hi, I recently picked g network as I just moved into a new house and actually picked a competitor hyperoptic. However they took a large amount of time for install and would even respond to me, upon deciding to go with g network the difference is light and day. As soon as I ordered service was amazing, was called straight away and then provided what needed to be done. When the engineer came to install they were, quick, professional, knowledgeable and great all round. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for internet

Jamie Walford amazing engineer for set up WIFI
Today we had to recive the wifi and we got an amazing worker called Jamie Walford, out neighborhood had some problems with the router so he went and search for the other one that than worked, before that tho we also had a probelm connecting and he had no esitation to help even more that he should have.

Finally we got it!
We live in a block away from the pavement where fibre optic is embedded and for years we had been struggling with the obsolete ADSL Internet connection. G.Network had visited our location several times and tried their best to provide us with their fibre optic connection. Thanks to their diligence and hardworking, they have successfully eliminated all the obstacles in the end. Now all the residents in the block are having the fast Internet connection with great enjoyment. A massive thank you to the G.Network!

This is honestly one of the worst…
This is honestly one of the worst internet providers available. I wish I’d just stayed with BT or Virgin. The team have been on site 4 times and continue to adjust the signal strength remotely, but it is a weak provider and doesn’t have the same infrastructure, operationally, as the larger more trusted providers. I regret signing up, as 3 months on, my fibre still doesn’t work.

Installer was amazing
German Schmidt did a an amazing job, even though I was not available at the property, he took the time to communicate with me and get access through my neighbour to complete the job. After inspection everything looks immaculate, all the cable tracing, drilled holes and connections are done professionally.

Top drawer installation!
I was very impressed with the team who turned up to my apartment block today. Ricky, Karl, Leon and Halim took on the difficult work of installing a connection from street to ground floor and then up to the second floor via the dry riser. Then they installed a cable into my living room and they waited until the router was fully connected, which took a while as it was new. Excellent, professional and courteous service from beginning to end. And the new router is giving me the promised 300mbps download which is excellent. Very pleased with this service and would recommend.

Speedy and professional repair
We had a great support experience with Fazle. We had a broken fibre cable at home and feared that we needed to re-run the entire cable. Fortunately Fazle was able to fix this on the day we reported this issue and could repair the spot that was broken. We were truly surprised with the speed and quality of this service.
