Great service from 2 exemplary employees
After a rocky start with some installers who didn’t care and were rude, thankfully Stuart (surveyor) took over and did a fantastic job setting out what needed to be done to my tricky mews flat. Andrew (installer) went above and beyond to ensure I had great service. The company is recovering from a tough time, but thanks to these two I’m having a great experience so far!

Spoke with Tony Aninakwa about broadband speed issues. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We tried a number of solutions using his advice but the problem seemed to be unusual and we were not able to fix the issue immediately; however he helped raise a case with the technical support team.

The installation was not straightforward by any means, but Alex was excellent; his work ethic was exemplary.
Generally speaking I’ve found G-Network to be very good, and totally reliable over the years I’ve used them.

Newly installed full fibrr
Installation only took place two days ago, so my experience of their service and broadband is admittedly limited at the moment. But so far, so good. Leon did a great job of the installation, going above and to ensure I was a happy customer, with the installation done to my very exacting standards! Also he’s just a genuinely very nice bloke. My only small bugbear so far is that I don’t love the supplied router - it’s a pretty old model … but I haven’t had long enough yet to be sure whether it’s good enough. Watch this space.

Best customer service ever
I chose G.Network for my elderly stepmom based on the price and flexible one year contract… but I’m recommending them for some of the best staff and customer service I’ve ever encountered. Anj was great help getting it all booked in and then Jermaine went above and beyond the call of duty to connect up the apartment via the (much-harder) entry point my stepmom’s landlords insisted on. And now it’s all connected the speeds and signal strength are top notch. If I could add another two stars for Anj and Jermaine, I would. As it is I’m gonna have to make do with five.

Absolutely seamless experience with G Networks!
Absolutely seamless experience to get G Networks set up in my apartment. Communication was fast and clear and installation required was minimal. Speeds are as advertised and the static IP offered is a big plus for me. Would definitely recommend switching! Special shout out to the technician who came out to install, Jermaine. Super friendly guy that went above and beyond to get me connected same day!

A chap called Friday came out to fix our cable after ir came out of the outside box, presumably a fox or something. He was efficient and fixed it neatly.
Minor concerns hat the original cable was just laid across the ground.
