if I could give more than five stars…

if I could give more than five stars for Team 3, Oliver and Mo, I would.

They were exceptionally good, guiding us throughout the whole implementation, exploring different options for where to connect to the building and making sure that the network has been implemented perfectly. The whole job took just a few hours and they were informing us throughout the whole process and making sure that everything is working as expected. Like I said if I could give more than five stars I would. If you are thinking of choosing G.Network, do not hesitate.

Fazle was a great help

Fazle was a great help, professional and efficient! We had no internet when we came back from the Easter break, our Nest said it hadn't been on for 5 days to the point of our return and for a further 3 days after, I wonder if G-network will compensate me for this.

Excellent install service

Excellent install service - we’re based in an apartment with difficult access. Andrew & Fabio from the installation team were fantastic, minimally invasive install and very tidy. Great speeds and no ridiculous wait time for install appointments. Would recommend!
