Absolutely disappointed with this company. We bought Siser HTV and, after 10 days, we are still waiting for delivery. There’s been no tracking information, no proper updates, and no real way to contact them.

They do list a mobile number, but it’s only for WhatsApp messages. We received just one reply there, and nothing since. Emails are even worse, no replies at all, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re left in the dark about your order.

Honestly, it’s surprising how they have become an authorised distributor for Siser, as the level of service is extremely disappointing.

This has been a really poor experience from start to finish. Definitely not a serious or reliable company. We regret buying from them, and it will be our first and last purchase.

My partner purchased a Siser Juliet which arrived September 25. Having used the machine very infrequently we were disappointed when it failed completely prior to Christmas. Despite three emails and attempts to contact via WhatsApp the company have failed to respond. Do not trust this company with your money

I have just ordered again from this company and despite reviews I see complaining about service I found service great, I had a few questions about which adhesive to order and through Whats app was given lots of advice. I ordered on Saturday it was clear order had been dispatched on the Monday as Tracking was provided unfortunately company used were looking to be slow with delivery, I contacted mainly to advise that the company were not good they intervened and I ended up getting my order exactly week later Saturday. so I have no complaints .

Deciding to try out some UK suppliers in a effort to reduce the shipping time of overseas suppliers. First up G.A.B Vinyl.

First, they split the five-item order without advising. This already was concerning because their website claims quicker shopping and I was concerned that I could not complete my project in time.

When the first delivery notification arrived it detailed three items; two arrived, and the invoice detailed different items, some crossed out as a back order. This was concerning as the company hadn't been communicating at all.

When the second order finally arrived, it had two items, meaning I was missing one item. Again, the invoice was incorrect.

Unfortunately, the missing item was the base, which meant I could not even start the project.

Contacted the company, who immediately said they had sent the item in the first parcel indicating I had managed to miss seeing it - !?! How do you not see a metre roll of neon pink vinyl?

When I responded, they then concocted some story about sending a sample piece twice, as if this was perfectly exchanged for a metre roll of premium vinyl in a completely different colour.

Their communication was acustory from the start and at no point did they provide anything close to customer service. Concluding with flinging a refund at me for the missing metre without again even communicating. So the other items are wasted money because I am still without the base for the project. Their products are expensive plus without quick delivery and by under packing orders, they astronomically expensive.

Be very wary of this company, they are definitely up to sneaky tricks and their staff have no idea how to speak to customers. Never before had a company failed to deliver a five-item order or even come remotely close to messing up this badly before.

I've ordered a few times and service seems to be getting worse so I won't be ordering again. Orders 10+ days to be dispatched. Every order I email to chase them 3 times and I never get an apology or an explanation and last time they promised to refund me and never did.

After reading the odd reviews about slow dispatch, etc. it made me a tad nervous to buy from G.A.B Vinyls as I had never purchased from them before, but I gave them a go and I’m so glad I did! They have a wide variety of products to choose from at very competitive prices! And the delivery was so speedy! I placed my order on Saturday 18th November and I have just received my order today! (Tuesday 22nd November)
The order was packaged very securely, too! I will definitely be buying from G.A.B vinyls again! 😄 5*

Still waiting for a response by email from GAB vinyls, so I opened a PayPal claim.

I recently ordered for the first time and got a very prompt despatch notice. Although the item was held up due to the postal strike GAB kept me informed and the item arrived as expected and in good condition. I will definitely use them again.

If you are planning on using this store, then please do yourself a favour and message them first, thus will save you wasting your time and fuel. I wasted over 40 miles today travelling to the store, which is advertised on a Google search as being open till 4pm. I could not find the opening times on the company website as there was none. I got there and the store was closed, the only way you can contact them is by a WhatsApp message. Only to be told the shop is shut. I arrived at 1450. The message stated that they are closed for a shop refit, however no mention of this on their website or Google. I have not bought any product from this store so cannot comment on product quality. But to be honest I, now that I know where it is situated, I will not be returning, it is a nightmare to get to and there is no parking anywhere near the store.

Absolutely awful service. I didn’t receive my vinyl, they said that Royal Mail delivered when they didn’t (it shows delivered on Royal Mail page with a gps of my street but no actual proof it’s been posted through my door, no photo evidence) and not once has she tried to help me resolve this issue, but make me out to be a liar and a thief (they don’t give out tracking apparently but I have screen shots of my account with option to track and then the Royal Mail page which shows it was delivered with gps on my street). I’ve never been treated so disgustingly by any so called professional company in my life. I’m now out of pocket, without my vinyl and being made out to be dishonest which is far from true! This is currently ongoing and waiting a response from Royal Mail who I’ve contacted because this company wouldn’t help me look into it.

Really good products at a fair price, I was asked if I’d used a product I had bought before, I hadn’t so she gave me a sheet with timing/heat instructions.
