This company is a total con, they only pay out a fraction of the price they offer online, despite my gadget meeting all the criteria that they advertised on their website for the conditions that I declared. When I refused the offer and asked for my gadget to be returned they went silent. Avoid using.

Absolutely terrible company. Offered me way below the original offer for my PS5. Payment took 2 weeks! They are impossible to get hold of, don’t answer emails or the phone. Will not use again! AVOID!

Very easy to get a quote and send. Communication post dispatch also good. But quote reduced by 90% because the devices battery drained quicker than expected and may need replacing. No sh!t Sherlock, it’s second hand, of course it’s battery isn’t like new, not sure the reduction wax appropriate just for a new battery but they’ve got you because you don’t want the hassle of getting it back and reselling.
