It was an Easy experience I got what was offered. I would use them again

When upon looking at the website and did my research I was more then aheoy to send my good Google Mini Hub and google mini dot.

I was given a value of £27 and I thought why not I was getting something for my goods.

I had received an email from Gadget Go saying after inspection only getting £2

I was not happy with the price even though I have been using the products since day one.

They might has well keep the £2 it would have cost my shipping the items

I was selling an old Apple Watch Series 3. The website was easy to use and understand, including a message about any possible delays because of Christmas. There could’ve been more conditions you could select that your device was in. Otherwise, making the order was quick and easy. I was able to easily generate the free Royal Mail shipping QR code (I don’t have a printer). I saw the item was delivered through Royal Mail’s tracking, and I didn’t hear anything for a week, but I was made aware that there could be delays during Xmas. When I heard back I received an email with a link, showing images of the damage, and I was offered a revised price. I accepted this price, and my payment was sent 2 days later. Overall a good experience, I’d recommend!!

Super quick and efficient, easy steps to follow. Great communication throughout. Only marked it down by 1 star as final price offered is far from what is advertised. For a console that is 12+ years old it should be expected to have discolouring and minor wear and should be already factored into the price - final price was slashed by 40-50% against the original price advertised on the website.

Sent my iPhone watch on 28.09.2025 to which this has not arrived. I have contacted Royal Mail who advised the issue is with gadget go go as this a prepaid postage. I emailed gadget go go after this happened via the website and have not received an acknowledgement or a response. Communication and service is extremely poor and I will not be using or recommending to anyone else.

Quick, straightforward process. Good communication, keeping me updated. Paid exactly what they had quoted prior to receipt of the item. Gadget GoGo were recommended to me and I would definitely use their services again!!

Just great first class service

Very organised & efficient, fast payment & easy to do a transaction with, as advertised.
My only negative comment is that on your website you estimate a price per model which is a bit misleading as your price suggested around £130 + for my IPad 9th generation 64gb. On receiving my iPad which was in excellent condition you suggested that the battery condition was less than your purchase limit of 80% as it was only 78%. Based on that how can someone get your estimated £130+ unless it is completely faultless which that being the case why would they want to sell it ???. However deal done. But think you should perhaps re think your price structuring.

Fast service

Good service. Paid more than other sites. Will use again.

Sent an Apple Watch in that was in perfect condition, then received pictures of a watch that had huge scratches on the screen and was offered half the amount. Felt completely backed into a corner as obviously needed the money and had I rejected would then have been left with a damaged watch. Sent in pictures that I’d taken of the watch which you could clearly see the same scratches were not present but was shot down and told the lighting wasn’t good enough. Would never use again and will look to escalate my complaint.

Great efficient service with really good communication

Unlike another like site Gadget GoGo is professional, prompt with processing a sale order and very fair with offer to buy.

Lack of communication. Always having to chase for updates and extremely slow. Claimed that I had been emailed the offer yet cannot find any trace of this in my emails

Can’t complain. Everything was done very quickly from receiving the watch. Only got £12 less than I was expecting so happy with that and payment was quick. Would use again
