If I could give lower I would, as previous reviews I goy conned over a ps5. Money was taken and I paid for express delivery. It became clear by day 7 something was a miss. I phoned bank and after ax28 day period I got my money back.
Absolutely disgusting, this was my sons Christmas and birthday money.

This is so bad. I ordered a hoover from Gadgetspace then noticed on my bank statement that the payment had gone out to Audiogon which is purely a music shop when you search it. Having not received any further communications other than a receipt by Gadget Space on the 14th April I checked further. I will always read the reviews in future. Absolute fraudulence and corruption. SCAMMERS. I hope I can now get my money back via the bank.

This website is absolutely a scam and I cannot understand how it is still able to be live. We received no confirmation email and no goods. Cannot reach anyone on the website or via telephone numbers. On the bank statement the company is an individual based in Brighton - no link whatsoever the website. Will never ever use a website like this again and completely regret not reading reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Con artists. Ordered a fridge freezer for £1300 never delivered, no emails returned, phone number didn’t work, do not buy from this website! Trying to recover money now from credit card company

This has happened to my brother. He paid £560 for a PS5 and no delivery received. It’s been over 2 weeks now.
His bank have said he needs to try and contract where he brought it from.
Can anyone advise how he can claim the money back with his bank?

SCAM. Should have read these reviews before - I ordered a vacuum cleaner a month ago, it's never arrived and no response to emails. I guess I have to try and get my 200 plus pounds back from the bank now

Can't believe this so called company are still trading. Like many others, I ordered a PS5 in February. Looked a legit website that sold various electrical appliances, advertised on a few social media websites etc. Took the plunge and bought it as a surprise gift for my stepson. Registered to the site and had email receipt and confirmation and order number. 1st page on google, on the shopping. Looked all good. Waited for my item for 14 days... Nothing. Ok... Drop them a message asking status of the order. 'It will be delivered Friday' was the reply on the chatroom. Bear in mind... No telephone contact or email on the site. Waiting for Friday... No PlayStation. Following week, sent another message in chat. My previous conversation that i had screenshot had disappeared. No reply. Following week, again no reply. Leave it a couple of weeks... Still no item. My next message was to ask for a refund. My reply was 'Can i have your order number?'. Gave my order number.... No reply. Following week.... Ask the status of my refund... No reply. I have had a rufund from my bank thankfully, but i do hope these clowns get prosecuted. How they are getting away with still trading and stealing large amounts of money is beyond me.

Don't buy from him. He is a thief. Takes your money but does not deliver goods. Ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner from him and of course not received it. Phone number does not exist and web chat neglected except for brief false statements.
My bad for not checking them out properly before ordering although have to say website does look convincing and is a secure site. Thank goodness my bank were helpful and refunded immediately. Don't waste your time with this company.

I spent £400 on a dyson and nothing was ever delivered.

Delivery said 5-7 days I ordered 6days ago have not got a email saying been dispatched i msg the online chat and a guy said my parcel in the transit van and will be here Mondays which would make it 10 days has this happen to anyone else

I bought a dyson V10 or so I thought. TOTAL SCAM!!! I’ve already reported to the police and my credit card. Don’t waste your time or money. Scam

Like everyone else paid my money, then heard nothing. No response to instant messages, e-mails and phone either permanently engaged or fault on the line.

When you see a great price, slick looking website with UK contact details, you dive in only to hit concrete! Moral of the story is do the research!!

I will now have to get the money back through the credit card company and that will take 8 weeks! I guess that is the business model, sit on a big sum of money in highest interest account never ship goods and just refund when made to.

Be aware these issues are not isolated to PS5 consoles, which all know are widely unavailable. My purchase was for a Dyson vacuum and still had the same problem!

Avoid! Ordered a TV, received confirmation of the order but that’s all I received ... not only have I not received my TV they charged me twice. I did get a commitment via their text chat of a refund but it never happened, no response after emailing, countless messages via their text chat and their telephone number is disconnected - what a con! So like most people they're looking for an Xbox x and I thought I'll just have a look at this company. I noticed that they have a picture of the Xbox x but States Xbox S when I question this in online chat It suddenly went quiIt. so make of that what you will but I know I'm staying away from them because these guys appear to not be genuine so be careful people

My son just paid for Xbox series for his birthday and paid and get same as everybody else on these reviews try to email them nothing phone them system busy so I contacted my bank need wait 15 days he so upset as he spent all his birthday money been trying to get once since before Xmas
