Seems like a scam, no working contact number and very dubious ‘online support’ avoid using this site

This site is fraudulent. Do not make payment you will not receive goods. Their numbers and address are false. Reported to action fraud and bank fraud team. About to report them to advertising standards agency too.

please report so they are taken down and stop taking money!

Having the same problems as a lot of people. Ordered my Ps5 didn't receive It. Then contacted by chat they go offline & wont reply as soon as you mention any problems. Emailed for an update then refund still no emails returned. Scam do not trust this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I bought a ps5 for £560 from here, without reading the reviews about this website. After I bought it, I quickly went to the reviews, and wow... all i saw was ‘scam’. I was hopeful, thinking ‘noo, I’m sure they’ll not scam me,’ but I was completely wrong! I’ve messaged their support team on multiple devices, so they would ATLEAST answer, but everytime they did answer, they lied to me! I asked them questions about when my order will come, they told me by the end of the day, or first thing tomorrow morning, been 2 weeks, and still didn’t even get a message! Luckily, the bank will give the money back, but this is complete bs. There is no hope, if you’ve bought one from here, and are reading this review right now, ask your money back from the bank!

Please do not buy goods from this company. They ARE a scam company. I ordered a PS5 on the 22nd February the money was taken from my bank but no goods were received. The phone number the use is bogus and the live chat function is a lure to give people a false sense of belief that they are a reliable company they are NOT. My bank statement references my payment going to DraceyLtd.co.uk so if you check this out you'll see their account is suspended. I have the fact they are still showing on Google is a disgrace. I have reported this Google. If Trust Pilot has any clout perhaps you can help get this company taken off search engines.

Similar to others posting here, I placed an order, didn’t receive any email confirmation, money deducted from my bank account, phone doesn’t answer, email I sent is not answered, and nothing arrived after 12 days now. Just came across all the reports here now that they are scammers. Wish I read this before. I’m contacting my bank tomorrow and reporting them to the police.

Disgusting: My money has been taken from my Bank, no email confirmation, customer number is dead, no way of contacting these people. The money is extracted from my account by Alex ells ltd.
No goods, no contact stolen my money though,
I have contacted trading standards and going legal.

The same problem as everyone here.I bought ps5 but never get that,i did send them about 10 e-mails then i tried to phone them bit nothing,no answers.I hope i'l get money back from my bank.

Wasted money. Scam scam scam. After payment no answers nothing. Wasted £560 on ps5. Let’s hope credit card will refound money... Be aware!!!

After ordering a product and being given 5-7 days to delivery, no delivery came, I tried replying to the order confirmation requesting an update, nothing. Total lack of communication means I have requested a refund but am likely to need to contact my credit card company in order to recover the funds.

So it's been 14 days since I placed my order, nothing has arrived, I have messeged them on webcam but no response, I have called them but number out of service, this company is either a scam or very unprofessional and unable to deliver on their promises, I paid the extra 5-7 day delivery option!, currently in the process of getting my money back from the bank, disgusted that people do this in the current climate. Hope the authorities cease trading of these type of businesses and fine them. JUST AS THE REST HAVE SAID STAY AWAY!!

Awesome Experience

I received my Playstation5 on the same date provided by the customer care service after my 13% discount on my purchase.

The saying "Too good to be true" was correct for this site. Placed my order thinking what a bargain and even paid £15 for fast delivery. Said would contact me 2 days before dispatching. Two and a half weeks later and now the chat link has dried up and no correspondence. This is a scam site and I will be reporting them to trading standards, just to protect other innocent customers. Also going to get in touch with credit card now to retrieve the money spent. Beware!!!

Horrible expierence. I never received PS5 I have ordered. They communicate via online chat but once you start question where is your order they stop responding. The phone number they provide on the website isn’t working either.
I am in the process of getting my money back from bank.
Don’t make the same mistake like I did

Funny how after all these people who haven't got what they paid for and messages I received off other people ripped off by these guys this new 5 star review pops up. Good to see the police are involved now as ripping people off is disgusting this person saying there not fake then how is it I've still no item I can see they've read my messages and won't answer my questions as to were the item is
