I ordered a lavatory more than a month ago. I was told it was going to be delivered within 15 to 20 days. On day 23 I called and was told it was going to be delivered in 10 days. It was not, and now they tell me they will ask the producer when it can be delivered to their warehouse, which means I may or may not receive it in another month. I requested my money back and did not get it yet.

Sara was answering all questions via Whatsapp within a minute. She helped me to find everything, in order that everything will perfectly match togehter. Usually I dont write reviews, but the customer service was so friendly and helpful, that I can really recommend gaiainterni.com

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from LINKI manifacturer. People from Gaia were very helpfull and replied on all emails and the questions i had. The production time of the items i have ordered was 4 weeks. At the end it was longer due to the manufacturer. But everything was communicated with me over email and they were sorry about the extended wait times.

all in all everything arrived in perfect condition. my experience with this company was very positive and i will order more items.

We ordered some larger items from Gaia Interni to Germany a few weeks ago. The products from Gaia are beautiful. The whole service, the whole advice was excellent and the staff totally nice and helpfulAll our questions were answered quickly and competently. The objects all arrived on time and safely, we are super satisfied. A very big praise to this company from us!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. No communication, no follow up with client. I placed order over 20K Euro and after 7 months they didn't even bothered themselves to tell me the products were already been canceled. and now they are wasting more time to not make a refund. Now it is the right time to take a legal action against this fraud company. Be aware guys!

I have ordered 3 sets of mixers and tabs from GaiaIterni. Since it was an overseas shipping, I asked a number of questions to make sure everything would work well. Their responses were quick and clear. I was pretty satisfied with them.

However, they could be more proactive in contacting the manufacturer. My order had gone through a big problem. Some parts were defected. It was not really the seller's fault, however, getting the instruction and remedy from the manufacture took a couple of weeks. It happened in the middle of construction and therefore caused a big delay. I am not sure if GaiaIterni has done everything to actively chase the manufacture, considering their customer can't really do anything else but contacting them.

I ordered a kitchen tap by Quadro Design which not many retailer supplies and was made to order. Elisa and Asmaa have been helpful throughout from the initial enquiry, through following up the manufacturer's progress to dispatch and custom paperwork (shipped to the UK from Italy).

The contact experience that we had with Elisa from Gaiainterni was friendly, professional and quick. In 95% we had a very quick response on the questions that we had. Product quality and price level is very good! We ordered Simas, Treemme and Kerasan products. The shipping and package from the products to the Netherlands was very good.The only problem that we had were delivery times...Elisa made here apology for the delays and was doing here best to solve it.
6 weeks after payment we recieved the first bathrooms parts. After 4 months we recieved the last shipment.
We are happy now and if we need new bathroom parts we contact Elisa again, point of attention are availabilty from the products. For me a good communication, quality products, exclusivity and a reasonable price level are the most inportante goals to achieve. Elisa gave me that.
