Sara has been amazing. She really helped us with some minir issues in delivery of the products from Frattini. We will certainly contact Gaia for future purchases 💯

Saved a substantial amount of money on Rubinetterie 3M (Treemme) ordering from GaiaInterni compared from the suppliers in Denmark. Delivery during corona was a bit longer but the customer service was perfect.
Will use them again

We waited long for our order. Lot of promises, none was true. After requesting refund, they disappeared. Wast of time, money an nerves.

Amazing service / Ehemaligem Service
We had our hearts set on a particular WC from an italian ceramics company called SIMAS, but were unsure if it would fit the other appliances of our bathroom.
Giulia of GAIA Interni never tired of answering all our questions, and even contacted the suppliers of our other items to ensure that the WC from SIMAS was compatible.
They even extended their promotion by a day as the answer from the other supplier was late, to ensure we would benefit from the extra discount.
We had the WC sent to Denmark, and are awaiting it's arrival. The cost of shipping was ok.
