The smoothest transaction

The smoothest, easiest transaction ever! Even called two times before officially submitting initial information to set account up. Received prompt, reassuring information. Funds were transferred using a very friendly portal. Funds started earning interest just as promised. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Had a very difficult time completing the on line application. Very frustrating that the system wouldn't accept my data and it took three contacts with customer service to get the problem resolved.

We opened and funded a FastBreak…

We opened and funded a FastBreak account about about three weeks ago with a substantial amount of money. First issue was they wouldn't allow for a joint account.

More importantly, I've been unable to log in to the account for two days now, still after multiple chats, calls and emails.

****UPDATE**** Gainbridge resolved my login issues this morning (1/23/26) so I updated to four stars. Still not happy about the failure to allow joint ownership.

Incomprehensible refusal

Incomprehensible refusal
I tried to invest $110000 with Gainbridge for a duration of 3 years. After multiple attempts they finally withdrew the money from my bank account but they refused to proceed with the transaction. I chatted with many representatives and nobody had informations as to why l was refused. They redeposited my money in my bank accounts without any explications as to why they refused to invest it

I liked the interest rate

I liked the interest rate, but I thought I was going to get 5% and it ended up with 4.9%. Processs was a litle slow, but received a lot of notifications on what was going on. It would not allow me to add my wife jointly, but did allow beneficiaries.

Impressed with Simplicity of Set-up and Interest Rate

So far I am very impressed how smoothly everything has gone with setting up my account. I locked in an interest rate that I am satisfied with for three years. Wasn't sure what a MYGA was at first but I'm glad I learned about this profitable investment vehicle.
