Very quick. Resolved any problems

Great service, well packed and very fast next day delivery! Very good communication email etc. Haven't managed to have it installed yet as my electrician is away until the new year, but looks to be fantastic quality! 5 star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It took way too long for it to be dispatched

Post it quicker. I bought it on the 15th. You lazy lot posted it on the 22nd. Meanwhile our tenant raised a complaint and under the new Landlord and Tenant laws we could be in trouble.

No sign of the order after one week, no response to email query.

Installed summer ‘24. Water pressure has dropped right down when trying to increase temperature. Always had Mira in the past. When manufacturer doesn’t comment on these web sites, you know product/ service is rubbish.Will be changing back to Mira asap.

Ordering was straight forward and simple
Unfortunately the dispatch email was not sent otherwise everything was OK
As for the delivery company DPD they were somewhat less than professional not only leaving the Parcel at the wrong address ( ie next door) it was thrown over the rear garden gate and Left in the rain.

Shower unit was not as we expected due to poor website . Returned unit and had no quibble refund.

The online order process was straightforward, and the order confirmation email was prompt. However, I did not receive a delivery date. After several days waiting I contacted their Customer Services. The operator was very helpful and immediately followed-up on my enquiry. My replacement part arrived the next day. Initially disappointed, then satisfied with the service, hence the 4 stars.

Good other than it took a number of days to answer a query. In the end I found the answer on the web and ordered the part, now arrived, before receiving a reply to te query

Just easy to fix

The packaging was in a very poor state. The order details were missing. I'm quite concerned that my details are out there somewhere. I realize that the fault lies with the delivery company. You might take up the issue with them. Luckily the contents of the package were umdamaged. Thanks

Easy to order, arrived quickly, good product.
Not my first time ordering from this company but never had any issues.

Shower engine arrived when expected and has now been fitted and works fine. Although it took DPD Local three attempts to deliver running out of time on the first two attempts and the box was damaged on arrival. The identical shower engine it replaced had lasted about 11 years in this hard water area.
