I ordered a hose and showerhead paid £ 53.00 and all I got was a hose. They can't even take orders correctly despite it being a online order not on phone where mistakes can happen
Despite email with reciept they have not even bothered to acknowledge my correspondence.
The em was sent 5 days back
We have been without a showerhead for days now.
You get to know a company only by it's after service.
Nat shower spares on the other hand excellent service and after service

The shower is great , first one lasted 36 years so naturally I would go for same brand again.
It was delivered on time but you are left in the dark slightly regarding delivery and they don't seem to have any humans to talk to if your making general enquiries , they will reply to emails after about a week .
However , I ordered and received as promised so all is good , thank you!

The item looks very good but is still awaiting installation.

Will a great replacement for my original stanza

We're able to find the compatible direct replacement to our unit as older model discontinued. So far, all is well.
This is now our third over 15 plus years from Gainsborough.

The internet site said 35% applied at checkout but this did not happen. I paid full price.

I ordered the shower on the 22nd November.
Delivered today 29th November.
Poor service, could get next day from Amazon!!

Not received the shower no communication and no reply to my email .

I have trouble setting the temperature on this shower,its all over the place.It takes along time to settle and its to risky for the granchildren on their own.It cold and then hot and difficult to have it settled

Box looked like it was stamped on luckily the shower was intact and it was just wrapped in black plastic no protection at all

Part arrived after 3 days. Part fitted in under 10 minutes. Shower working perfectly.

Ordered Sunday, shower back up and running on Tuesday

Shower not great from installation, poor heating the water . Then control of the hot , pressure poor on controlling the water temperature. Not cheap £179.00 plus another £150.00 to install it . Customer service not at all helpful, this shower just two years old. Avoid buying life span poor

The right parts supplied speedily and correctly.

I asked for a call back this morning regarding my guarantee and no one has come back to me. I dont know if on line guarantee has worked or not, website very poor .
