Fatema Zehra @Gala is an exceptionally amazing professional to work with. She is the best I’ve ever come across. One recent example, my flight to Toronto from Middle East got cancelled due to a war. She went out of her way to get me booked on another flight and responded on a day when she wasn’t even working. She didn’t have to do it but did it without any obligation. I’ve been dealing with her for many years and booked multiple trips, cruises, and vacations with her. And it has been exceptional experience every single time. Can’t thank her enough for helping us out on many occasions, often in dire situations. Thanks again Fatema and Gala.

Excellent service

Me and my wife booked a trip with Gala Travels for end of January. We had an amazing experience. All our travel to Mexico and the hotel were taken care of. The Hotel was absolutely amazing as well. Food was great and Gala even arranged halal food for us at the resort. This was our first time to Mexico and we had an amazing experience. We look forward to booking more vacations in the future with Gala Travels.
