Very bad experience with their unprofesionality and politics which is nowhere stated. I ordered mobile phone to my friend in Germany. And they cancelled without proper reason .They said allegedly cos my card and bank is in other country and cos i oredering from another country...But i ordered to friend who live in Germany !!!!

I still didnt get my money back !! Not even Cancelation of order and refund confirmation on mail..I discovered all this by talkin to cutomer service on other topic..

EDIT day after :, now i see why they canceled my order...Cos that item price is now higher for 57€ . day after they canceled my order

My money is still not refunded must also say that..Neither i got confirmation on mail that is oreder cancelled and money refunded... I just have empty words of their cheeky customer service..and they dont respond on my mail anymore... and i will process them over my bank cos my money not refunded yet... and all above thing that i mentioned...

Worst online shopping experience. I ordered an iPad from this store, but the delivery service never delivered it—even though the tracking showed it as delivered. The package was never found. The store did nothing to help resolve the issue. Initially, they suggested I file a police report for theft, even though the store is responsible for delivering the item. Then, when I insisted on either a refund or sending a new item, they said they would start an investigation. The investigation has now been ongoing for three months. Customer support either doesn't respond to my messages or replies with very long delays. I ended up without the item and without the money I paid for it.

I've been a loyal customer of Galaxus.de in the past and ordered a graphics card from them at a very favorable price. When ordering, I selected the "allowing longer delivery times" option, which stated that their employees wouldn't need to rush and could better prepare and plan the order process. Two days later, they canceled the order without even sending a message about it. It seems the store doesn't even honor their customers with an explanation, so be considerate towards their employees. I am disappointed because I missed out on the promotional price, and I find Galaxus.de's behavior towards their customers rude and repulsive.

Great selection, good prices, fast delivery. When buying returned/refurbished things wares are tested (every single IT, Multimedia item worked fine so far). Well packaged shipments. Would be great if would start shiping within EU.

i ordered a computer component from Galaxus and i am so happy that the item was delivered in advance than the given date. the item is well packed that made me ordered again a high end GPU. i choose Galaxus even thought they are 60 euro more expensive than the other because i am so sure that they will securely packed again
