Poor customer service, my order was delayed. No excuses, no solution, no compensation. I cannot recommend this store and won't buy there again.

I absolutely love this website

I absolutely love this website! I recently purchased 12 items and was really impressed with the whole experience. The prices were great, and all the items I received were exactly as expected—high quality and just what I was looking for. I also had to return 2 items, and the refund process was incredibly simple and smooth. It’s rare to find such a seamless shopping experience these days. Highly recommend!

Good customer service!

I bought 2 Cheerble balls for my pet in October 2024. This was my first order from Galaxus and I was a bit unsure since I did not know the site. Everything went smoothly with the delivery of my order. After a while, one item was defective. Not much later also the second item. Therefore, I decided to file a complaint, this could be very easily done on their website if you have an account. 1 item was refunded immediately. After returning both items, now also a replacement item was sent (for the 2nd defective item). I'm very happy with this service and will for sure buy again on Galaxus!

Sickos

Sick, sick puppies...
I don't usually write reviews, but these guys have been excellent for too long. We have to address that. Always on time, always delivering the products undamaged... Phones, laptops, smart TV have great packaging. The products are always put in a second box, so they don't appear as Smart Phones and Laptops. I assume they do that, so the potheads from DHL don't steal the items. Pretty good idea, if you asked me...

I have bought a PC via Galaxus The…

I have bought a PC via Galaxus The Netherlands. Paid in advance on February 2nd 2025. Never received the PC and they are still investigating what went wrong. No solutions or suggestion what so ever. I have no PC and already paid in full. Galaxus is not even trying to find a solution. Even Galaxus Germany is taking 2 months and still don't know what has happened. In the mean time no money and no PC. I will never do business with Galaxus again.

Original WMF cutlery set had wrong packaging, engraving, and sub-par quality

I bought a WMF cutlery set, which seemed to be a fake product, or a product for a different market.

The packaging did not match, and the content had a different engraving. The quality was not the same, which I could confirm as I had the same set at home. I returned it, and bought it at another site, which sent me the proper product, with a different packaging, engraving, and quality.

Not too convincing - are they using shady sourcing to keep prices low?

Lack of EU law compliance, no good will, actively malicious

Bought a "Used, Like New" product. It didn't work. Returned it. Refused to refund, repair, replace. I asked for a refund since I already have a replacement part, it's unreasonable to expect someone to wait weeks to replace an essential computer component. The seller then retaliated using a story about missing stickers, even though stickers do not void warranty and the item was bought from them 6 weeks prior of return. The seller refused to provide alternative dispute resolution options too. This is the second time I've been trying to return an item with obvious defects that I have even recorded, in both cases, there's 50+ emails to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting how much this store lacks EU law compliance.

In the case of a “Verified Return” item, the return period is set to 14 days, as specified by us. As the item was not returned within the specified period, this is not considered a return. During the inspection, the Service Center also discovered that the serial number sticker was missing and had therefore been removed. At the moment, the matter is still with the responsible department and you will hear from them as soon as possible.
