The bits were placed loosely in the box…

The bits were placed loosely in the box without any protective or cushioning material. The box opened during transit, causing the bits to spill out, which could have damaged the bits storage case.

This level of packaging is unacceptable, especially for a €140 product. The items no longer appeared new upon arrival, and it raises concerns that this may have been previously returned merchandise. It is difficult to believe that PB Swiss Tools would produce their products without proper packaging since teh packing itsels also had no wraping or anyting.

Great website and fast delivery

Ordered a Kobo e-reader and it arrived within two days (a day earlier than expected!). The price was very competitive and they have some amazing features in-app that allow you to compare different e-reader manufacturers, return rates, warranties, etc.

Overall, fantastic user experience.

Normally, when a product is added to our online shop, its external dimensions are entered into the system. However, if these dimensions are incorrect, it is possible that the wrong box or too little/too much plastic filling may be used when preparing the shipment.

If an order arrives damaged, this can be reported directly via the customer account.
