Overall good shopping experience, but delivery box should be improved
Before shopping, I received quick answers to my questions via live chat. The product was shipped with DHL quickly (not DPD fortunately). The GPU inside the delivery box was secured with air-filled bags. However, I would have expected some custom security tapes around the delivery box to prevent tampering for such an over 1000€ priced product. (Unfortunately, this is very common nowadays, given that computer hardware prices have skyrocketed.)

No issues with the order
I got the product (which I could at the time not get anywhere else) with no hickups. However the delivery date was changed from 20.1.2026 - 23.1.2026 to 17.1.2026 - 27.1.2026 even though the product ended up arriving on 21.01.2026 which is strange.
The only complaints I have are targeted at DHL changing the delivery date/time 4 (!) times, even just shorty before it actually happened and none of the communicated times being correct.

Communication was good and the delivery was quite fast,the order process was ok,find the search function not very good and choosing the delivery options misleading ( immediate delivery ca 3 workdays gets charged to anytime it's convenient for them?) which can be stated in the beginning, instead of going backwards and forwards at the end of the order to make sure you have the chosen the right delivery option
